It was myself and my roller derby travel buddy on our way to another tournament in SC. Our server was sweet as can be. The food came out quickly and the order was right. Also, we wanted to purchase an item that wasn't showing in stock and another helpful salesperson went in the back and found one new in a box for us! Great experience all the way around.

I use to love the fried catfish. I had a craving for it, but was pressed for time. I placed my order online and the estimated pickup time was a hour and a half. I called to verify and the time was 45 minutes. It took longer. I ordered 2 pieces of catfish and an extra piece. When I finally received my order, I was disappointed by the size of the fish. I guess, I was use to larger pieces. The portions were not worth the price. I explained to the manager my concern and he offered no resolution. I ended up returning the order. The return took about 20 minutes and another 10 minutes because I wasn’t refunded for the extra piece. I wasted almost 2 hours and was still hungry… I will not order fried catfish again!

Everything was wonderful, I just want our Conyers location to get a Latte machine. It's not fair to see the delicious pics on the menu, but can't enjoy with my "Mama's Pancake Breakfast".

I ordered coffee along w/ my breakfastI asked 3 different servers for a spoon to stir my coffee…I was told to “use my knife to stir my coffee”Who does that!No matter what… this was totally unacceptable…Come on Crackle Barrel you can afford to ALWAYS HAVE BACKUP SILVERWARE or AT LEASE SPOONS IN STOCK FOR EVERYONE TO USE WITH EACH MEAL.?

I drove 40 minutes to this location to meet a friend for brunch before she caught her flight to go back home. Upon arrival, I learned they advised there would be a 30-minute wait for our party of 6. We waited beyond that, so we checked back in to see how much longer. We were told the table was being prepared yet still waited another 10 minutes. The host, Dejuan, was very pleasant, professional, and respectful. He sat us, and after approximately 4-5 minutes, Desiree approached our table. We told her we had been waiting and wanted to order, so she took all of our orders immediately. She swiftly came back with drinks, so I felt like everything was back on track. After sitting for the next 30 minutes without refills nor food, or a check-in from the server, I began to grow impatient. The 2 children were getting antsy and complaining about hunger. I allowed about 10 minutes to expire, and then I asked the host, Dejuan, to please get a manager for us. Tia came, and I explained the dilemma. She advised that she would go check to see what was going on. After ANOTHER 10 MINUTES, Tia nor the server had returned. I got up and went to the door area and asked to please speak to a manager because, in all honesty, at this point, I'm hangry!!! I was also shocked because I frequent Cracker Barrels, and I've never had such bad service. Amelia came out, and she was very dry, lackadaisical, and seemed quite uninterested with no concern. She, too, said she'd check on the food. As she and I were speaking, Tia came back out and said it was coming now. I told them the lack of communication was appalling. I have worked in hospitality, so perhaps Desiree was in the weeds or forgot to ring in the order, but THE GUEST SHOULD NEVER SIT WAITING WITHOUT SOME COMMUNICATION!!! The food came out, and my pancakes were cold. My daughters hash brown casserole was luke warm, and 2 guests were missing items. They brought the missing items, and Tia offered a bill adjustment for the inconvenience. We got boxes bc again, someone with our party had to catch a flight. Bill comes, no adjustment. Now we are at the cash register, and the cashiers can't get Tia to the front. Amelia comes up there WITH THE SAME STANK, LACKADAISICAL ATTITUDE (TRULY UNBELIEVABLE), and walks away without resolving it to get Tia. I still can't understand why she even came up there and who made her a manager. Another cashier came over to ask what was going on. I gave her a swift rundown, and she said she thinks AL can help. He was another MOD who came up to assist and was very attentive, understanding, apologetic, and professional. I honestly wish he was the only manager we dealt with as I feel the overall experience may have been better. If you look at my reviews, you will see I dine out frequently, and this is by far one of the worst experiences I've had in a while. The lack of accountability and communication was HORRIBLE. The food at this location was subpar as well. I will never return but wish them well.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables and side items are available.Parking: Very large free parking lot!Kid-friendliness: Kid menu available, high chairs, booster seats available, crayons, and table games.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty handicap parking spaces, double door entry, stairless, all tables, no booths.

Went for dinner and we were seated promptly, which was the best part of the experience. Our appetizer didn't arrive until our meal did. We waited over 45 minutes for our meal. We never received biscuits at the table. Our drinks were never refilled. We weren't given napkins. One meal came with the wrong sides and another was missing sides. Our server Aparis, said she'd fix it right away, but we never saw her again. I had to go ask the front desk for our check after giving up on the server after 30 additional minutes.

I love all aspects however, there is one aspect I think would make the experience even better and that's having the servers wear standard uniforms. The aprons are nice, but a complete uniform would be a better.Parking: Spacious and well maintained.

Cracker Barrel is a staple chain restaurant that never lets me down. Only issue is the wait time but it's worth the wait.
