If I could give negative 1 I would. I placed an order today, I forgot an item and called to add it to my order. I was then told that they are two hours behind even though the system said it'll be 45 minutes to get my order delivered to me. I still decided to wait patiently for my order and when my order was delivered to the wrong location I called in again to check on my food. I spoke with Mateo, who said he was the general manager. I was met with snarkiness and rudeness. What I can understand is it being tough when your team is behind and you may have dissatisfies customers call in all night. However, I did not call in this way . He simply told me I can cancel your order, as if he didn't care that I had already waited 2 hours from my food. Then I said are you still going to send me my food ? He said I can remake your food but it's going to take 2 hours. I said okay and went to ask another question and he hung up on me. After being disconnected twice, I asked him for a contact of someone that I can discuss my concerns because I felt he was being rude at this point to me . He said I wasn't rude and I'm the only one that handles these kind of concerns. After becoming frustrated, I just simply told him to have a great night and disconnected the call. No one should be treated like this when we're a paying customers. I will not recommend this location to my worst enemy . And it's sad because domino's is my first go to when it comes to Pizza . I guess I need to find a new Pizza company.

Matteo made the mistake of giving an order away to the wrong person and instead of rectifying the matter, he was rude and refused to offer any help due to his mistake. I sent my daughter , who was under 21 to pick up the delivery and he dismissed her as if we didn’t just take the time to order the pizza and DRIVE to pick it up. The store is already nasty. Their grade is lower than an A(subpar-under 100) . After my sister cursed him out on speaker, MATTEO cancelled the second attempt at the online order due him stating his feelings were hurt due to someone treating him like he treats ppl. I’m sure, if he was the General mgr, he would want the money to help this locations sales! This location has a BIG customer service problem . And the fact that the “General Mgr” can’t keep orders straight, giving them to the wrong ppl and not paying attention seems to be a problem corporate has! I could see if a person was in your face mad at your mess up ! Matteo, grow up! Your call was also recorded. Very Rude and giving misogynistic!!!

This is absolutely the worst place to order pizza from. The pizza looked under cooked, the cheese was floating in grease, and pepperoni taste old. I’ll never order Dominos pizza again.

We love the 9.99 special. Our pizzas are always good and fresh. We don't do delivery, we pickup and we never wait more than 5 to 10 min. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating.

Driver was extremely nice but the dough/crust was old…Hand tossed and just didn’t stay together …I’m familiar with not fresh dough…Very disappointed

Placed an order at 7:42, called to check the status at 8:30 was advised rudely by the GM it was on its way. It arrived at 8:49- INCORRECTLY made. Called back was advised it would be 30-35 minutes at 10:05 it had still not arrived. When I called back was advised the re-order was never made. Asked to have the contact information for the regional and the GM refused to provide. Shame!

Horrible customer service! Ordered a pizza tonight… got all the way home just to realize it wasn’t correct… called and the girl working the front counter has no good customer service skills.. no apologies or anything! Only told me to come back up in ten mins to pick up another one! Walking around the store in open toe sandals… smh! Will NOT be back! Just horrible!

The service is the absolute (Work) the manager named Mateo hung up in my face more than one time and I was only trying to get information. He’s rude. He should not be a manager of the store. This store should be shut down there nasty they don’t know how to communicate. They have no sense of customer service this store is a joke. Do not eat here.

My pizza never came. I ordered 30 mins before closing and it was advertised that as long as my order is in before closing that my order will still be delivered. My order sat at the baking tracker up until closing then got a notification that my order was canceled. No explanation or anything from dominoes. Seems like the driver wanted my food and canceled my order on purpose.
