Placed an order at 7:42, called to check the status at 8:30 was advised rudely by the GM it was on its way. It arrived at 8:49- INCORRECTLY made. Called back was advised it would be 30-35 minutes at 10:05 it had still not arrived. When I called back was advised the re-order was never made. Asked to have the contact information for the regional and the GM refused to provide. Shame!

Horrible customer service! Ordered a pizza tonight… got all the way home just to realize it wasn’t correct… called and the girl working the front counter has no good customer service skills.. no apologies or anything! Only told me to come back up in ten mins to pick up another one! Walking around the store in open toe sandals… smh! Will NOT be back! Just horrible!

My pizza never came. I ordered 30 mins before closing and it was advertised that as long as my order is in before closing that my order will still be delivered. My order sat at the baking tracker up until closing then got a notification that my order was canceled. No explanation or anything from dominoes. Seems like the driver wanted my food and canceled my order on purpose.

When I placed my online order 7/28/25, I was not informed that the store was out of salad. Instead of calling me right away to let me know (so I could get something else), they told the delivery driver to let us know and he said we would not be charged for the salads. The driver was afraid we were going to cuss him out, but that is not our style. It was not his fault. I waited for the pending charge to see if they were going to remove the charge for the salad, or credit us back. The charge went through and we were still charged for the salads even though we did not get them or anything to replace them. Then, to make things worse, I got food poisoning from the chicken alfredo pasta. We won't be ordering from Domino's anymore, especially since Papa John's and Pizza Hut are just as close.

Worst dominos to buy pizza from when it comes to delivery. I was ask for garlic sauce get charged for it and never get it when they deliver. Today I had enough. Pizza got here no sauce again. Driver asked did I want him to bring it back I said no. I live 10 minutes away. It took him 22 minutes to get here. So that means that I would have to wait an additional 22 minutes. I called the store and asked to be refunded the money for the sauce, they put the driver on the phone and he said no. Offered to credit it to my account which has been supposedly done 6 other times however every time I order they forget the garlic sauce that I paid for with the order and the ones that I have credited on the account. So I told him I want the money back not the sauce. He said he would have to cancel the entire transaction. I said do so and recharge it without the sauce. He wouldn’t do it. He said the manager said no. I asked if I go up there will I get the money back he said no, we will give me the sauce. To top it off the manager would not get on the phone to rectify the situation or talk to me. I was told he was too busy. About a 1 year 1/2. This manager cussed me out so bad because I asked how long would I have to wait for an order that was over 45 minutes late. Instead of answering the question he got loud and I got loud back and he cussed me out so bad that my husband had to come to the store and put him in his place. I called corporate and nothing was done. I didn’t even get a call back. At this point I will not be ordering from here. I rather eat nasty Papa John’s then continuing to pardon at this location. Simple read the receipt and make sure you have everything before making a delivery. Reading is fundamental, it will prevent unnecessary confusion and conflict.

To start off if I could give this review a 0 I would due to my experience coming to this location. Me and my grandmother came into this location after having ordered 6 pies. We wanted to watch them make the pizza so we came inside shortly after placing the order. My first issue occurred after I told a worker that a pizza I assumed to be mines wasn’t made correctly, he rudely responded if it wasn’t made correctly then it wasn’t mine so I said ok. Next, my GMA requested more olives on her pizza because it barely had any but he told her no, it would mess up the pizza. while waiting the first pizza finally comes out and sure enough the messed up one was mine despite what the guy had told me. Now I was upset because I explained I tried to warn him prior and he didn’t listen to me. So he got mad and threw the pizza out and remade it. He didn’t apologize or anything and didn’t care that we had to wait more time now. While remaking it I asked for more pineapple and he told me no again not even allowing me the option to pay for more. I’ve never been treated to rudely at any dominoes. This was only my second time at this location but it will definitely be my last because his attitude was very unprofessional. I was noticing the interactions with the other employees and they were awesome. I’m not sure if this guy was the manager or what but he didn’t have much respect like the rest of them.

This was my first order that was terrible. I'm ok with the order being 35 minutes late. But when the tracker says the order is going through a quality check to make sure everything was correct, I did not get the blue cheese that I paid for. The delivery person did not say hello, sorry I am late, sorry I forgot your blue cheese, sorry the food is cold or thank you for the tip ($12). Never again. Just downright ignorant. Customer service is terrible these days at a lot of places.

This is my second time giving this location a chance. I noticed each time I ordered my pizza, they leave off the meat. I ordered a New York style pizza with pepperoni, they Only put cheese on it. The second time just recent, I ordered 3 toppings mushroom, pineapple and Italian sausage but I added extra cheese too. And guess, yes…left off the Italian sausage. I called and informed the manager and then there was silence for 12 seconds and he asked what do you want ? I said I’d hope you would advise as he was the manager. He said we can remake or refund. I asked for refund as he didn’t care nor seemed apologetic. I’m waiting for my refund. Maybe this location is trying to save money by not giving you the meats?? Last time. Not going back.
