This is my second time giving this location a chance. I noticed each time I ordered my pizza, they leave off the meat. I ordered a New York style pizza with pepperoni, they Only put cheese on it. The second time just recent, I ordered 3 toppings mushroom, pineapple and Italian sausage but I added extra cheese too. And guess, yes…left off the Italian sausage. I called and informed the manager and then there was silence for 12 seconds and he asked what do you want ? I said I’d hope you would advise as he was the manager. He said we can remake or refund. I asked for refund as he didn’t care nor seemed apologetic. I’m waiting for my refund. Maybe this location is trying to save money by not giving you the meats?? Last time. Not going back.

Update 3/6/24 Whoever made our food tonight was on point. Extra care and dedication went into the pies. One of them were half & half and you can tell it was made with a little love. Not a single ingredient was tossed where it shouldn’t have been. Thanks!

I place my order online and paid online in the middle of working. I received a notification that my order was ready only to find out when I arrived they lost my pizza😡. The purpose of ordering and paying ahead of time was defeated. I should have received a discount at this point but instead I received laughter and a sorry, as if my time wasn’t important. As I asked for a refund because now i have no time I receive more laughter as if im wrong for wanting a refund. I didn’t feel like my time and effort was valued at all, which I find really rude.

The staff is nothing but simpletons and that never changes. Not only is the pizza of this chain awful across the board, but they hire cretins who prove time and time again to be incapable of following simple directions. Never once have they gotten an incredibly uncomplicated pasta order correct.
Coming back to add that I attempted to work at a Domino's (I was hired on the spot, but after *seeing* the conditions, I simply could not stand to be there). The place is disgusting. The food is definitely contaminated. Hair; not in a net or even tied up, so DEFINITELY getting in the food. Hands; gloveless, unwashed, and touching everything. The state of cleanliness; nonexistent. There was a lot of dirt and debris, and who knows what all over the back area floors and corners (that includes the kitchen). Stains all over the walls. The office was a hot mess. Gross stains everywhere. Highly doubt there was any real cleaning of the kitchen- definitely didn't see any cleaning while I was there... which was for a lot longer than it needed to be due to them not having anything under control. It definitely convinced me never to eat from the chain again. I'd suggest you do the same. There's way better ways to get a pizza fix. Frozen pizza from the grocery store would be an infinitely better option than Domino's pizza (same for any other kind of food you can order from here). Do better for yourself. Domino's obviously doesn't care enough about you to enforce the bare minimum of standards.

I came into this Dominoes location after a long drill weekend for the Army around 9pm. I hadn't had a decent meal pretty much all week due to work/obligations for the Army and decided to come in and get a pasta bowl. I was greeted by a nice gentleman who took my order and did something very nice. In fact if was the kindest thing I've received since I've been in service. I totally didn't expect it and I am super grateful of his offer. It really warms my heart. I had to call and tell my family after a tough weekend I can eat a really nice meal all thanks to Shawn. Also the dude was running the show singlehandedly. Thank you Shawn for being so thoughtful. I hope Dominoes acknowledges your strong work ethic and kindness.

I have order 3 times from.here and every time my order has been wrong or damaged or under cooked. It is crazy.

Mediocre at best. They stay understaffed and your order will take an hour plus for it to be completed. The pizza tracker is useless. This location used to be good, now its horrible. You'll be better off going elsewhere. Last time going to this location after many years.
