This location should be closed down tbh. The service is terrible, the servers have attitudes & they were out of damn near everything, from the milks, to the croissants, biscuits etc. & the wait time is beyond excessive. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!

Absolute worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. I placed an online order for pickup, the team was rude and I had to stand there waiting for no reason since the drinks were done and just behind the counter, not in the pickup area. The coffee was cold but worse tasted terrible, like something in the drink was bad almost septic. I literally threw it away and drove to a competitor. Nothing in the world could convince me to return to this location.

Felicia at the Dunkin Doughnuts drive through window was very understanding and very kind great communication with customers and goes out of her way to make you smile. We need mgmt like Felicia on December 7th 2025 at 6:39pm to make every customer smile when visiting like the young man and Felicia did tonight at the drive Through window. Thank you so much!

I had a good experience here on 11/15/25. Food was hot and fresh. Drinks were good. Service was friendly. My only complaint was that it was a little difficult to navigate in and out. I was just passing through, but I would stop here again.

I don’t usually leave Bad reviews unless their earned THOROUGHLY, I understand I’m not making my own meal and that comes with a cost . I PAID THE COST I DESERVE QUALITY.
Whoever the young lady was working Oct 27 , around 3:00 pm I believe deserves some kind of pay raise , Mostly bc when I ordered she didn’t feel the need to sound anything but drunk/insanely high . I manage a smoke shop , high shouldn’t be THIS OBVIOUS . Or perhaps she’s over worked and needs less hours I can’t tell but she rudely took my order cutting me off with ANYTHING ELSE (MY ORDER WAS A BROWN SUGAR EXPRESSO AND BAGEL MINIS) NOT THAT HARD , the coffee was on point I’ll give her that . But the BAGEL MINIS and INTENTIONALLY NOT SPEAKING TO ME UNLESS BARKING THE PROCE I OWE IS ALL , they’re trained to do but the other people expect me to scan my code for my loyalty points . Not sure what the deal is here but my bagel minis are still practically froze. Inside . The beginning service wasn’t welcoming so I don’t look to get my food thrown on the ground then the oven for asking for a heat up.
SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE SAID , behind this new hire , is what I’m gonna take it as . MY MONEY isn’t gonna make a difference in yalls monthly revenue but that kind of service on repeat will DEFINITELY knock out your traffic. Do better. sonder even at work .
