The worst Dunkin Donuts I ever went to, this place is filthy. I went there 3 times they messed up my order, no sugar in my coffee, barely any milk. Staff members that work there are very unprofessional and cursing in front of you.

No donuts when I got there! But at least I got a decent coffee ... French vanilla with half cream because she didn't ask how light! I might as well order a pint of creamer with coffee on the side. I got a Bacon croissant that was as hard as a hockey puck. The egg was disgusting, I don't think it's real. The bacon was the only thing edible! $11 later I got 3 slices of Bacon and a medium coffee ... It's really sad where D&D has gone!

Did a mobile order to save time and went to drive-thru to pick it up. The cashier's seem to be upset because I asked for missing items from my order. Also ,my order every item ordered was burnt that was prepared.

I’ve been served uncooked hash browns with a side of rudeness at the drive thru here on multiple occasions. Tried again today (11/21/24) and the cashier was scratching her scalp before serving my drink with an attitude. Do better.

Conyers Dunkin has been a hit or miss lately, I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese bagel, states it on the bag, and I got home to a sausage, egg n cheese, and also had to pour my iced peppermint mocha out as it tasted like sour milk 🥺 tried to call the store but they don’t answer the phone.

This place is dirty and unprofessional. I ordered and old fashion and chocolate cake and got 1 plain and and one with chocolate frosting. When I went back to tell them, she said no that is an old fashion and chocolate cake. Really? They were out of almost all donuts with at least 10 ladies working like they were confused on what to do. NEVER AGAIN!

❌️?This is, by far, the WORST Dunkin i have ever been to! The staff is not very nice, they don't keep things in stock. The freezers are empty, they do not have a large selection of donuts, and what they do have is horrible, and inside the store is just nasty. It's like no one really cares what this place looks like. There is always trash on the floors, and the feel is depressing and gross. The bathroom is not clean either. The coffee tastes old and was even cold one time I stopped in. Going through the drive-thru is not good either. There is not one good thing I can say about this store. Even though it is the closest to my house, I definitely will drive a little farther to another store to avoid this one. Someone from Dunkin Donuts needs to look into this place. YUCK!?❌️ I have seriously thought about contacting corporate Dunkin, but it's doubtful that anything will change. I just steer clear
Parking: The parking lot is in terrible shape! There are potholes everywhere and broken concrete. Go slow and beware where you park so as not to tear up your vehicle
Kid-friendliness: Staff is NOT very friendly! They do not smile and are never overly kind
Wheelchair accessibility: Not very kind for wheelchair access

The customer service was Excellent! Everyone was so friendly and double check to confirm they were out of glazed munchkins. The drive thru and inside lines were long. However, both lines were moving fast.

No good! Avoid this location if you can, especially if you’re trying todine in. You’re better off going through the drive-through since that’s who they pay attention to. I ended up not getting food since I saw the workers grabbing the food, and putting a thumb hole/print without gloves and somebody else’s order. My drink was good, so they get two stars, but I definitely went somewhere else for food. At least the other place the people look like they were happy.

I went for ice cream at 9:35 ok I understand it late but for u to say the ice cream machine was down how when I know y’all scoop so I said how is it down when yall scoop she said they will be open in the morning so I’m wondering why they didn’t just sale me the ice cream and why the doors lock cause I felt she didn’t understand me but now they way the restaurant setup they don’t care about anything anymore and the manger don’t do anything so that’s why is kept happening
