Two guys working their butts off on Christmas and taking care of a ton of orders and trying to make sure everyone was taken care of really made my Christmas. Stopped in to use the restroom since I’m traveling 4 hours to SC. They went beyond the call of duty and you hardly ever see that these cats that I took a break to just leave this review because they deserve to be recognized for their hard work. May they have a blessed Christmas and their 2026 show so much favor in their lives. Thanks

I was literally just told... after waiting 10 minutes in line.. that they're too busy to make a frozen coffee. How are you too busy to do your job?
I just went to the Dunkin' Donuts 10 minutes away in Covington on Eagle Drive.. and they made my frozen coffee and got me in and out of the drive-thru in less than 5 minutes.

This place really sucks.....the people who work there are slow or dumb or somthing I had to repeat my order like four time and all I got was an ice coffee. On top of that it was made wrong i didnt bother to ask them to remake it because it was gonna take another 15 min to do so .........Like they gotta do better

Once again, the attitude and tone in the drive-thru mic were very rude, like they’re doing you a favor. However, the girl taking payment and handing out drinks was nice and kind she’s the only reason I’m giving any stars.

Worst POS DUNKIN on earth. Employees are lazy and don’t want to do their job. Everything is always broke or being cleaned so they don’t have to do their job. Go to any other location other than this, you will be highly disappointed.

Sat at the intercom to place an order for 7 minutes with no communication from employees. Pulled to the window waited 2 more minutes. Was told they were too busy and could only take orders from the speaker and I had to pull around.
