If I could rate a ZERO I WOULD the girl in the window was very rude and disrespectful I ask could I add a shit of espresso to my order and she said no therefore I had to go back around get in a line place another order when it all could have been done in one place I run my own business and I would definitely never allow my employees to treat a customer that way I will never be back there

I ordered through the drive thru this morning. 1 large unsweet tea, which was really sweet and the pretzel sliders , the bread was wet on the bottom. Paid $8 for this meal. I want my money back!! I will not go back to this DD again!!!

The young lady that works in the morning that drive-through orders is so rude and acts like she didn’t want to take my order then she told me to pull around honey like we know each other but in a disrespectful way. Secondly, I get the donuts and I eat them. I will never go back. I am traumatized because I caught the neurovirus. If anybody knows what that is, that’s the stomach flu after eating here. I am still healing From throwing up constantly Today, February 13. I will never go back there. They are nasty.

Service should be number one at this Dunkin' Donuts and it doesn't seem to be that way there were more conversations taking place between the co-workers in the front and it's showing when a customer stands and waits while they're talking about personal stuff having nothing to do with customers Along with critique people they're coming and going this is a poor version of customer service experience

Every time I visit this location, they’re out of doughnuts, which is incredibly frustrating, especially since this is a doughnut shop. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional. For those of us who take time out of our day to stop by expecting to get what we need, only to leave empty-handed and be told it’s a half-hour wait at 10:30 AM, it just doesn’t make sense.
Corporate needs to address this location immediately. As a loyal customer, I’m beyond disappointed and likely won’t return to any Dunkin’ Donuts again after this experience.
For anyone considering stopping here, let this review serve as a warning. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Woman in the drive thru intercom had the most unpleasant attitude and tone of voice. She was already talking to the man in the car in front of me so rude. He had a big order. She kept cutting him off saying that if he ordered any more food, it would be a 10 minute wait. I attempted to order 1 order of hash browns and a hot chocolate. She tells me…..NO! THERE IS A 10 minute wait on food! All the while cutting me off and just being rude. I left and went to the Dunkin on 138 and it was like night and day. Very pleasant from beginning to end.
this has got to be the worst, most laziest dunkin ive ever been to. IF you’re not met with an unpleasant a$$ attitude you’ll be told they’re not serving/doing much. well then what’s the point of being open?

Best coffee ever better than Starbucks and and Krispy Kreme but I got the 6dollar deal bagel was hard and I found a hair in my sandwich it got tossed and also that nasty garbage can out back looks gross and very unsanitary do better and falls hashbrowns were soggy and tasted like the grease needed to be changed
