Worst POS DUNKIN on earth. Employees are lazy and don’t want to do their job. Everything is always broke or being cleaned so they don’t have to do their job. Go to any other location other than this, you will be highly disappointed.

Sat at the intercom to place an order for 7 minutes with no communication from employees. Pulled to the window waited 2 more minutes. Was told they were too busy and could only take orders from the speaker and I had to pull around.

Came in from traveling to get donuts and coffee. All the employees were sitting at the table in the front when we walked in, just talking and laughing. One girl went behind the counter and got our donuts. We asked for an egg and cheese croissant, she went and asked someone who was at the table, and they said there was no hot food available. So then we ordered our coffee. She went back to table to ask how to ring it up and 2-3 minutes passed and no one would help her. So we canceled the order and left. Why is this location open? From other reviews I just read, this seems to be the normal.

I just had to take a moment to shout out Jaden & Quindarius at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Salem Rd in Conyers, GA — they are absolutely amazing! Every time I come in, they greet me with genuine smiles and such a positive attitude. Their energy is contagious, and the way they go above and beyond to make sure everything is just right really makes a difference.
It’s rare to find customer service this good these days — they’re fast, friendly, and always make the experience enjoyable. Whether it’s a complicated order or just a quick coffee run, they handle it all like pros.

If I could rate a ZERO I WOULD the girl in the window was very rude and disrespectful I ask could I add a shit of espresso to my order and she said no therefore I had to go back around get in a line place another order when it all could have been done in one place I run my own business and I would definitely never allow my employees to treat a customer that way I will never be back there
