Such a great variety of bagels and more. Very clean n courteous. The food, the food tastes great, reminds me of the the NY bodegas, in a good way. This has become my family's go-to breakfast spot

Unreasonably long wait time for a one-item mobile order and many walk-in customers served in front of me after my order was placed. Where is the respect? If a customer has been waiting forever for one simple item, prioritize that customer before serving other new guests. Literally pause the other orders and get the customer out of the store. Period.

I’ve been here twice so far and twice not only does it take 20 minutes for your “cooks” to put butter and cream cheese on a bagel but your employees still get that wrong. Yet again I order 3 bagels butter and cream cheese expecting a different experience, but I am proven wrong. One bagel is correct. The second is missing butter and the third is filled with peanut butter. How hard can it possibly be to take a damn order and do it right! I cannot recommend this place to anyone. And 20+ minutes! For 3 non toasted bagels! That’s insane.

12/5/2025 As I and other customers entered this location I do remember that we were greeted at the door. I must say that was really nice. The staff was really busy, rightfully so. I ordered a Strawberry Banana smoothie and the Maple sandwich with no cheese. I usually check things before I leave and I was in a rush to get to an appointment. Once , I opened the sandwich I immediately saw cheese😩 Unfortunately, I couldn't take it back because I was already at my destination. Remember Team work makes the Dream work. One weak link can mess up the whole process. I called back to speak with the manager to let her know of this issue. She apologized, which I'm grateful for but now I'm out of my sandwich and my money.

Visited for the first time. The ladies working there were very kind and attentive! I had the avocado asiago bagel sandwich, twice-baked hash brown, and a cold brew coffee. All of it was great! I plan to return!
