I NEVER eat mayo. Cannot stand it. After looking at my ticket after waiting for 15 minutes, I noticed that mayo wasn't left off. I told them about it and they said " well your sandwich just got finished ". They were like oh well. I told them I ordered and paid for a sandwich without mayo. They said once again it's already finished. I got a little louder stating I do not eat mayo and didn't order mayo on my sandwich. The girl got loud and I got loud back. No need for that! I paid and ordered what I wanted..give me the shit i ordered!!

I got a new chicken cordon bleu sub. I was so looking forward to it because I love them. I get them at Arby's all the time. It was nothing like it. It was more like a ham sandwich. I couldn't taste the chicken and there wasn't even enough meat to fill the bun, chicken or ham. But I'll tell you the pickle was good. Firehouse is going down so fast. I'm so sad cuz I used to love them

I just found a very long string of hair in my sandwich that was smelling spoiled. I won't be ordering from this location again. The presence of hair means that a hairnet wasn't worn and that's unsanitary. Please see that your employees are following proper sanitation and hygiene policies

I visited this location earlier today. I ordered 3 subs. I ordered the Cajun chicken (added bacon), the Italian (on the toasted garlic bread), and the steak and cheese. The Cajun Chicken came with no bacon (which was given upon return), none of the toppings were on the sandwich, just chicken and cheese. I reside nearly 32 miles from this location and luckily caught the bacon mishap before making it too far. The Italian had very little meat and enough mustard to drown out the taste of everything else. I can't review the steak sandwich, as I dropped it off with my son and haven't asked about it. I love Firehouse and have been to multiple locations with no problems. This location will not be revisited by me.

Made special trip for their Veterans Day special. Said they aren't honoring it because they had too many people wanting it earlier in the day. Still selling sandwiches.
Have been eating there for maybe 7 months once to twice a week and sandwiches have been getting worst and worst wife just brought me a $14.00 steak large that maybe had enough meat for a small sandwich really guys is this how u treat loyal customers , we might be done this was a all time low 9-4-24

I've eaten sub sandwiches in every state I've visited In the last 20 years, i would often ask the locals to recommend the best restaurants for steak and sub sandwiches . " Fire ? House subs are number one ¹ on my list . So far, my favorite sub is the Brisket and Cheddar . I even thought about opening a franchise location in Covington, Georgia .

Good sub I think it's better than Subway I went on a day they were having a special so it was busy took a little bit longer than normal to get my stuff but I guess I can understand that since they were having a special I would definitely go there again kind of pricey
