My favorite burger hands down.. I'm gluten sensitive so their lettuce wrap burgers is the best thing ever..fries are 100% gluten safe because they only fry French fries.. love them.

I order Directly from the app for my food to be delivered from Conyers to Covington which isn’t a crazy long ride. But the ride or drive didn’t even matter because these employees gave out my food to a random person without even seeing or checking if the actual Dasher was picking it up. If you ans an establishment can’t even properly do delivery orders this is a very lowlife establishment. I wanted my food and I paid $29 for my food to be delivered to me. This Five Guys is so unprofessional and you should not order from them. I even get on the DoorDash helpline so they could contact the store and they can’t even do that because their voicemail box is FULL. This establishment is trifling they need to get a lot of things in check and in order before they really want to call themselves a Five Guys establishment. Do NOT order from here!

So the one in the black in the manager on shift named “Ben” that’s not safe served certified as least not presented to the public as it should be . Or given a fake name ? They were so rude and for some reason the little boy in the red , maybe his brother or lover kept speaking for him but I never needed to have a conversation with anyone on fries . I needed to talk to the manager .
RUN RUN RUN !!!!! If I could leave 0 stars ⭐️ I would ! The food is improperly prepared. My order was wrong as soon as it arrived , starting with the milk shake . The meat for the burgers was incredibly old , and gave me food poisoning , to the point I couldn’t even move! Completely unacceptable, the health department would be disappointed

We stopped at this Five Guys even after seeing the most recent negative review. I saw the owner's response to the negative review and believed this owner would definitely make any improvements needed. I was correct. We had a great meal there last night! The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. As weary travelers, we had an enjoyable and comfortable meal there. I want to thank the owner for caring and also for hiring quality staff.

We were so disappointed. I haven’t eaten FG in over a year, but always enjoyed the burgers in the past. I remembered the burgers being bigger and filling, so I feel like we paid for doubles but we’re given singles or something. The burgers looked smaller. The cheese was missing from one, the bacon was crumbled, and the meet noticeably uneven. It just wasn’t what I was used to from years of eating FG. My friend had never been before. ‘I don’t have to eat there again.’ That comment from her made it worse for me because I’ve always raved about the food. Unless something drastically changed in a year, it has to be the location and their team. We spent about $35. I wouldn’t go to this location again, but I’ll give FG another try.
Like others have stated, you’re so excited there’s a FG in the area, but I now see why I never pulled into this one in years. I work on the north side and always ordered while at work. Omg and those salty fries! Disappointed.
