They overcharged me by $4. A simple mistake. He offered me an extra little fry because he wasn’t authorized to do refunds. I didn’t really want an extra fry. He was nice and polite. Just an odd way to run a business. Also, only half the fries were hot.

This is my first time going to five guys and I really enjoyed myself. The restaurant itself was clean and organized and I was surprised by the boxes of peanuts open for snacking. I ordered a veggie sandwich and shared fries with the spouse because they overflow in the bag. The workers were really attentive and helpful. I've heard that their prices were pretty high but there are affordable sandwiches too. I can see myself going here for lunch just about every day if there was one close to where I work.

My favorite burger hands down.. I'm gluten sensitive so their lettuce wrap burgers is the best thing ever..fries are 100% gluten safe because they only fry French fries.. love them.
