2nd time visiting this place for the smash burger tacos and fries, did not disappoint for a burger spot !!. Stick fries seasoned to perfection and that taco.

Stopped here with my kids for a quick lunch. This was our first time trying Freddy's. The service was good. The burgers were good but the fries were a bit cold. The atmosphere was the place was okay I just recommend cleaning the tables.

These overpriced paper thin steak and shake burgers are a trip. This was my first and last time paying for a super thin crumbly patty with fries that you have to put 5-6 together to taste. The ice cream is good other than having to pay $1.00 per topping which is a complete rip off. How do you have lower quality food than steak and shake but charge so much more. YOU can’t compete with even Burger King. There’s no way I should still be hungry 30 mins after paying almost $13.00 for a meal!! FOH

It was my first time going to Freddy's and I figured by the prices that the place was gonna be really good. Well it's just ok. The burger was ok but not worth what they charge for it. There's barely any meat, the pickles were thicker.

The steak burger was ok, they offered pepper jack cheese but it was actually white american... I was very disappointed. The shoestring fries were horrible! Cold and unappealing. Maybe next time I'll try the custards... but not the food! Overpriced, $50 for 3 people to have burgers, should have gone to five guys...

New menu items, new crew, but NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! From the drive thru attendant OR the moanager on duty. Everyone was so irritated and too pissed to answer my questions without overusing the term “maam” or turning their back to me while waiting for my food to be done. No greeting, no friendly explanation, no thank you, no come again, no NOTHING! Everybody was angry and ready to clock out and be done with their job and it was extremely obvious. I work in the food industry myself, so I know the struggle. But the customer’s experience should always be important. This was my first time ever having a negative experience after coming here for the past 3 years.
