Frozen Notes Pizza & Karaoke Bar

My experience was very awesome.
Bar and karaoke night vibe's were 👍🏽 no violence but more like family everything were affordable . Check it out.

This place is a vibe!!! It's a nice place to visit for Karoke and good bar food. Let me not forget, the drinks. They are AMAZING!!! I ordered the Wonder Woman! I began to wonder after a few sips...Can I be Beyonce On the Run?!!! 😂

I haven’t hit a happy hour in forever, so I was happy to stop by Frozen Notes and enjoy their happy hour! The bartender was nice and friendly. The drinks/daiquiris were good, too. The wings and pizza were okay decent bar food, with lovely prices. I’ll def be back.

I come in regularly and have been in the 3 wkns in a row making the trip from Monroe because I enjoy the vibe, but the past wkn me and my lady were turned around by a server and told we couldn't go to the bar because they were full. I've been in there lots of times where it's been way more ppl there and never been told they were full I couldn't go to the bar. If I would have known this I wouldn't have even came that way. I've never had an issue at this establishment until Saturday night. Waste of time and gas and was very pissed off

My server was awesome ! Music was amazing!
Food was 10/10 I had honey hot wings, Fries, & SW Egg Rolls.
The drinks were also delicious.

I went here for my birthday last night and it was amazing 😍. The staff made me feel at home. Think her name was Mariah our bartender ❤️. The Dj Tony T was great. He played music for the crowd he had. Lol it wasn't a very big play like I thought but it was perfect. Drink were great NOT watered down. Price was very affordable. I will be back.

The atmosphere was a nice vibe but the food was horrible. Tasted like school pizza to me. Server was pleasant but no knowledge of basic beer options. She was also not attentive. I will not return.

Nice spot to grab a bite and vibe. I ordered the wings and cluck salad and he ordered wings. Of course, we had the frozen drinks and they were nice and strong, worth every penny. If I could change anything, it would be to have the freshly hot chicken served separately from my salad because the heat makes the lettuce soft/withered but it was still good cause I bought it home 😂😆. We sat in the front because the bar/ karaoke area didn't have enough seating but it was fine because it allowed us time to talk and listen to the music in the background. I definitely recommend a visit.

Frozen notes has been one of my local favorites but last night was a BIG LET DOWN.
The karaoke was terrible
The DJ was the owner which was a bit puzzling but wr rolled with it . The pizza was not done for the 2nd time in the middle .
The icing on the cake was our waitress Valencia
Personality was pleasant but her understanding of happy hour drinks WAS/IS TERRIBLE.
We were a party of 5..1 party member arrived at 630p and held our table , myself and 2 other arrived at 7p and the 5th after 8p. The 4 of us who arrived before 8p ordered happy hour Daiquiris and cocktails plus food with the understanding from the waitress ans our past knowledge from visiting that we were getting happy hour drinks for $5 in before 8pm ( no other drinks were ordered except one Daiquiri when the 5th party arrived) . The night had progressed and we are ready to leave close to 10p and requested the bill . To our surprise it was almost $300. Come to find out She charged regular price for all the drinks that should have been $5.
Remember we asked bwfore hand and got confirmation before ordering to make sure
The food charge was correct but the drinks were all wrong. We request the manager (lady assisted)but did nothing to correct the waitress' error. We also asked about the gratuity and if it was already included . She Valencia said no. I asked for a printed receipt and guess what was already added after we tipped and paid ?? The 18% gratuity
She got a tip of damn near $80 between the 2 tickets.
This was very disappointing especially when you try and support locally. Then to have management not do anything was a big let down for this place and us as frequent patrons that recommend this place.

I've been coming here for a while and have always enjoyed myself, until last night. We went for happy hour and ordered food and drinks before happy hour ended. Well when the bill came, we were not pleased. They charged us regular price for everything. After speaking with the manager about the issue, nothing was resolved, they offered a free drink and didn't corrected the bill. A $60 tab turned into $135 for 2 people. This has never happened before, but I won't be coming back for a while.
