I’ve only gotten the takeout oxtail but it did save my life when I got off work super late and devoured everything while disassociated. Will give credit where it’s due because I remember this meal fondly

I love Golden Crust and have been going to this location since they opened many years ago because the food is always on point. But service has to be on point too. With that being said Nicola is a horrible server. She is rude and tries to argue with the customers then talk smack behind their backs. FYI Nicola they can hear you. Ugh do better. She made an otherwise pleasant experience unsatisfactory and I wasn't even the focus of her anger. The lady she was berating was an...

9/22/24 I called and spoke with Latoya after receiving food that was unsatisfactory. Latoya advised me to come back in-store. After arriving in store Latoya came to assist me. She was very professional and apologetic about the situation. She then ensured that I left with a product that I was happy with. Thanks Latoya.
