This place is TERRIBLE!! Used to be our "go to" place a few years ago but new owners/management & it's disgusting & customer service awful. We've ordered several times trying to give the benefit of the doubt but every time is worse. Soup looks & taste like gutter oil ?. Once called to say our soup's lids were completely melted into the soup & they hung up on us 4 times. Last night we tried once again & I could barely eat a few bites & spent the entire night throwing up. ? Don't do it!! Get Mandarin Garden instead.

I just ordered online for a pick up meal. When I went in to get the food and pay I felt like I stepped off into the twilight zone. It was completely dark inside except for 1 lamp that was located in the very back of the place. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. The soup was not very good and the "fried rice" was nothing but brown rice. The mongolian beef was okay. I won't be eating here again.

Seen a cat run out of the back of this place 4 years ago. I have no reason to lie and Nothing to gain. this place has been here since I was a kid and question why its still open....

I love this spot! They give good dishes, their menu is decent, The chef in that place is very experienced, I love very much trying all their food. The dishes are consistently tasty, the attitude towards the clients is helpful. I often eat in this restaurant and I was never unhappy. I highly recommend it.

Not very good. Very disappointed. Just had a delivery order that was way overpriced. Price did not match takeout menu price. Got the pu pu platter. Food was obviously old and dried out. Chicken sticks were very old and dried out. I will never order from here again. I even gave the guy a nice tip. He was a nice guy though. But that’s it. Just awful!

This was a to go order! The food smelled like the oil used in cooking was old! Ordered to go I ordered shrimp egg rolls could not find a single shrimp! I will not go there again! Another family member ordered curried chicken, threw it in the garbage! The restaurant is run down and dirty! We will never go back there!
I called Golden Palace right to ask if they delivered after I already placed my order the guy said the order had to be thirty dollars or more in order for the food to be delivered Golden Palace just lost a costumer and money idiots

I bought the general tso chicken. It had a bad taste to it. Like it sat in the freezer for ever. The egg rolls also had a funny taste to them. I eat at places like this all the time and never had something taste like this

Will never go to this place again. Ordered orange chicken, ate three bites and it was all gristle. Now my stomach is turning against me. What a waste of my money. Never ever again. Will at photo if I don't get any sicker. Very disappointed.

This food was so disgusting, I made a yelp just to post this review. I ordered crab wontons, veggie spring rolls, chicken wings and pork rice. The spring rolls were mushy on the inside. The wontons didn't taste cooked all the way. The rice was so bland, even soy sauce couldn't save it and it was mushy and clumpy in spots. The wings tasted floury. I tried to make myself finish my plate so I wouldn't be hungry and couldn't even do it. Even the fortune cookies were gross and they didn't even make those. I could make better Chinese food and I'm black. Horrible.
