Order was not ready on time. Waited another 45 minutes after pickup time. By this time, I was ready to go but had prepaid. The icing was wrong, nothing like the picture from site. They had scraped icing off from another order and wrote over it with my order. So disappointed for this graduation cake. It looked so unprofessional and thrown together.

We have had great experience with getting our cookie cakes in the past for our baseball end of season celebration. However, this year I was disappointed. It literally looked like a child decorated it. Keep in mind it cost me $75. I’m giving two stars because it tasted fine but they need to do better. :(

This location is always out of products.They lack the skills to plan for the demand of their customers. It does not matter the time of day visit they only have 3 or so cookies available. It’s clear neither management and if franchised ownership does not care about the poor quality of service being given.

This cookie cake was less than 1/4 inch thick and yet I'm sure we paid a premium for it being Valentine's Day. What a disappointment. The cake was more icing than cookie.

Ordering the cake was ok. The girl took the order for my twins birthday and allowed me to ad something special since my son of the twins passed away in July. However, the day of the party, January 11, I was supposed to pick up the cake at 1pm. This was two days after the little winter storm we just received and everything was opened for business except Great American Cookie in Conyers,Ga where I had paid to make my daughter’s cake. Without a call to let us know not to expect that cake. Nothing at all. This could have completely been handled more like a business and us made aware that yall were going to be closed due to weather conditions, so that we could have made other plans for a cake. Will never do business here again as my business obviously isn’t important.

Placed an order several days before pick up. I was called the day of to be informed that the batter I requested was not in store and would be delivered by 2pm. Okay thats fine. I arrived at 3pm to be told that it was just delivered and would be 20 minutes tops. I sat in the store for an hour and after finally receiving the order and driving an hour back home my wife discovered her cookie cake was still raw. Still waiting to hear back from the store on how they will make this right. *Update* The next day my wife went to the store to see if they would make another cookie cake for her but they refused without bringing back the first one which is in the trash because of how bad it was. The franchise owner should pick better management. Many 1 star reviews recently so I suggest to spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!!

At This point just let the robots run the restaurants because nobody’s providing service. This is my second time coming to this location and no cookies are ready. Ready in 30 minutes? Ridiculous! And yes I’m writing a review because the first time I let it slide considering that it may have been unforeseen circumstances. But a month later at the same location?
