I went into the store on 8/30 to place a cookie order when we get into the store nobody was at the front of the store for at least about 3-5mins. So young guy Christian finally comes up to help. I told him I want to order the cookie cake he asked what did we want so we told him and he asked the colors which I stated pink and purple. Now mind you upon him taking my order he was on his phone on FaceTime talking to whoever that was taking up his time. Now here we are with a messed up birthday cake for my daughter and colors all wrong! Thanks to Alana today 9/2 she is making sure she gets my daughter exactly what she wants! I appreciate her making sure she reached out to her team that is there today 9/2 to make sure everything is correct!! Customer service is big for me but if Christian is supposed to helping customers he needs to get it together because as assistant manager there is no way you half do your job. People pay too much money for disappointments!!

This location I don’t know what’s going on, but I’m highly disappointed. I put my order together online so that I had exactly what I wanted. I get to the store to pick up my cake. I requested that balloons be put on the cake as decoration and for the cake to say happy 27th birthday Tyler I ordered the biggest cookie cake you offer. I’m not understanding why the cake decorator thought it was OK to not split up the wording and scrunched it all together into one. Sentence The balloon she put on the cake do not resemble balloons at all. They look like sperm all over the cake, highly disappointed in the quality of decorating when the cake cost $65.

Order was not ready on time. Waited another 45 minutes after pickup time. By this time, I was ready to go but had prepaid. The icing was wrong, nothing like the picture from site. They had scraped icing off from another order and wrote over it with my order. So disappointed for this graduation cake. It looked so unprofessional and thrown together.

We have had great experience with getting our cookie cakes in the past for our baseball end of season celebration. However, this year I was disappointed. It literally looked like a child decorated it. Keep in mind it cost me $75. I’m giving two stars because it tasted fine but they need to do better. :(

This location is always out of products.They lack the skills to plan for the demand of their customers. It does not matter the time of day visit they only have 3 or so cookies available. It’s clear neither management and if franchised ownership does not care about the poor quality of service being given.
Great desserts, a little pricey, but so is everything else in the world lately. Great location.
