No Gravy on my breakfast platter, I did not receive the jelly I requested, I did not receive the ketchup I requested, the eggs were burned and served in a cup along with a HAIR I noticed as I was feeding them to my dog, I did not get cheese on the steak, egg and cheese biscuit I ordered, the two large drinks I ordered were served with soda all over the outside of the cup and as usual I was asked to park and my order was brought out to me.
Last straw, I AM DONE WITH HARDEE’s
On Sunday 6/27 at 4:18 the drive thru nor restaurant was busy. We had to wait 15 mins for two hamburgers. The server wouldn’t tell Me what the problem
Was! She refused. I was nice and cordial. I asked if it was the grill Then she says “we just feeling slow today”! For Goodness sake, really? I will never be back. I didn’t even get an apology.

At busy times, the manager can be seen coordinating order flow and supporting the staff where needed. Customers appreciate the consistently delicious food and fast service, even noting that the Coca-Cola tastes better. While there have been a few isolated incidents of staff having a poor attitude, the overall team is friendly and engaged, providing service with a smile.
