There was no one to greet us and we had to constantly wait until the manager finally came from her office and saw us. My husband and myself had to wait for service because the worker was on her cell phone. The manager had to tell her we were waiting. The store is on 138 and 212 across the street from Publix Grocery Store.

This place needs to be shut down. The food is terrible from very old grease. The service is terrible. I went in there to apply for a job and the manager working there said she wouldn't take a 16/17 year old because she doesn't want to babysit. Plus they are always rude and don't even answer you when you're in the drive thru. 0/10.

Everytime I come to this Hardee’s the employees always have an attitude. This particular employee name was Oni. She snatched the phone out of our hand. So we addressed it and she proceeded to say “do you want this food or not?” We had two orders and paid with Apple Pay for both. She snatched the second phone as well and also literally threw the food at us. The food was good but I despise the customer service here.
