Coffee was burnt, asked a question about decaf and the associate was snappy. When I received my coffee no one asked me about cream or sugar. No napkins or stirrer in the bag. Took the card to pay from my hand without a word and handed it bag and gave me my order without a word as well.

There was no one to greet us and we had to constantly wait until the manager finally came from her office and saw us. My husband and myself had to wait for service because the worker was on her cell phone. The manager had to tell her we were waiting. The store is on 138 and 212 across the street from Publix Grocery Store.
