Why does it take so long to get your order? I was waiting for 20 mins to even place my order. Then another 12 for my food. This is insanely too long.

Walked into Hardee’s when it wasn’t busy, and not a single employee acknowledged me—no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. They completely ignored me, not even a sideways glance. I stood there for about five minutes before walking out. Funny how if I had caught an attitude, I probably would’ve gotten their attention. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be back.

Don’t waste your time. EXTREMELY slow service. Waited 15 mins for two burgers and mushy fries.
Stopped at this location about 850pm, was greeted to place an order, and we asked for a moment to look over the menu, which took us about 2mins once we started placing our order no one responded, we waited about 3 mins and still no response. We drove to the pay window, and no one came, we then realized that they closed at 9pm. Drove around the building, went back to the order box, and she came back on to greet us. At this point, I did not want food. Ultimately, they did not want to serve us because it was close to closing. 🙃

This is my 4th or 5th time visiting this location for breakfast. I have been reporting to work early so this location is on my way to work. The ladies in drive thru are friendly but this is the 3rd time my order has been incorrect. Today the young lady looked at me and stated "you have the chicken biscuit?" I stated no, I have the Super Sausage Biscuit Combo. She agreed then took my payment. So surely my order would be right. WRONG, I get to work and i got a Chicken Biscuit. This is the third time my order has been wrong. Then I called the restaurant and no one answers the phone. This the third time I have paid for something and got the wrong item. Nobody has money to throw away. I wont be back to this restaurant.

Food was good but whoever was taking the drive thru orders with the pink hair was rude. It took forever to take my order, it’s like she was waiting on me to finish when questions should’ve been asked by her. There was no smile, no greeting, no thank you. Horrible Customer service.

The staff had major attitudes. They would get mad every time a new customer pulled up. Don't waste your time.
The young folks in there were nasty with each other putting each other down on top of they had no chicken tenders for me 2 order and then they had refund my candy bacon because ain't have all ingredients

Sent my husband to buy me a chicken sandwich combo (large) with no mayo and when he got it home to me it was full of mayo (both buns) and the fries to the combo were cold and half full. When he went back to replace the order the girl was rude and made it seem as if she was not able to replace the order. My husband had to ask for the supervisor ( who was very nice and helpful) to refund and replace the meal. It literally cost nothing to be kind especially if it was your mistake to begin with. Good customer service is hard to come by and it’s sad.

Customer service was not good. I requested the special for breakfast but 2 for $5. The employee tried to charge me the regular price instead of the special price. I ask him why? He stated you should have asked for the special. I would think he would know the specials himself, I didn't think I had to request it that way. Then the manager came across the speaker and advised him to turn off his mic and re-rung my order at the special price. Don't think I will be coming back.

I would like to acknowledge the young lady (Sukeyna) and the young man (Jaylil?) who was working the drive-through. Their customer service was top-notch. They were out of two things, but they handled it in a very professional way. These two employees need to be recognized for their excellent work ethics.

My dad bought me yet another burger I didn’t ask for. So my new review. Since the burger looked like real beef. It was actually delicious. The customer service was excellent. Spoke to a manager and she was very impressive. Loved the conversation. Tea was okay. Nothing to write home about. The fries were hot and good. I am not going to make a big deal about anything because the food was good. I’d recommend them. My dad loves them. He goes 4 times a week because none of us cook anymore really. Thanks for changing my opinion.
