The young folks in there were nasty with each other putting each other down on top of they had no chicken tenders for me 2 order and then they had refund my candy bacon because ain't have all ingredients
Customer service was not good. I requested the special for breakfast but 2 for $5. The employee tried to charge me the regular price instead of the special price. I ask him why? He stated you should have asked for the special. I would think he would know the specials himself, I didn't think I had to request it that way. Then the manager came across the speaker and advised him to turn off his mic and re-rung my order at the special price. Don't think I will be coming...
I would like to acknowledge the young lady (Sukeyna) and the young man (Jaylil?) who was working the drive-through. Their customer service was top-notch. They were out of two things, but they handled it in a very professional way. These two employees need to be recognized for their excellent work ethics.
