The most horrible experience Ive ever had! I placed an online order solely for self..not alot of food. Per site it would be ready at 8 48, i arrived there maybe a minute or so prior. Standing in the to go area, the Manager walked around me three times before excuse me sir I have an online order at which time he pointed to the Grubhub stand stating once ready it will be placed there. Due to this i took a seat. I sat and sat patiently Manager as well as waitress continually walking over me. I finally stopped a waitress requested cancellation, of course at this time food magically appeared, no i no longer wish to partake and requested a refund. The mgr. and waitress began to whisper and moved around as though unclear what i needed. Finally I was provided with receipts reflecting the charge and then supposedly the voided transaction. Funds have yet to credit. While waiting I noticed another patron was there when I arrived decided to leave due to insufficient service. Guess we aren't part of the regular clique, sooo we were irrelvant

Finally went to Hooters .. I'm not impressed with the quantity of the food.. Ordered a burger, and it tasted like mystery meat.

Soon as I walked in waitress just stared at me instead of helping me told another waitress I wanted to order she walked off on me smh. I love hooters but the service here is bottom of the barrel the waiters only help who they they paying smh might as well work at a strip club for the high expectations 😂

The food was mediocre. Not the worst but very low on the list. But the issue comes in with our server, Samaria.
We ordered our food. Samaria brought the food out. Once she brought the food out, Samaria was absent. We asked another waitress if she was still there. That waitress notified Samaria that we were requesting her presence. Samaria still didn’t come out. Eventually about 15-20 minutes later Damaria came out. Mind you it’s only 2 tables occupied, this includes our table.
Samaria comes out just nonchalantly conversing with her manager. They stop at the bar and are just chit chatting. Just ignoring us. We are all just looking waiting on Samaria to wait on us. Finally the manager on duty says, “Go check on your table. They’re looking at you”.
Samaria comes over with an attitude of course, we ask for boxes and the ticket. She brings the box’s, sits them on the table along with the ticket. Does not apologize for her absence, making us wait for her for a prolonged period of time as though we are her only table. Just attitude, bad energy and the ticket.
My husband boxes our food and gives Samaria the ticket book. She brings it back for a signature. He signs. She then walks away and I ask her for a bag. She slams the bags on the table. Major attitude at this point.
We bag our food and proceed to leave. Samaria comes to the table and slams the chair up to the table. Which pushes the table into me. I ask her if she’s ok. She responds with yea I’m fine are you ok. I respond and tell her she pushed the table into me in an aggressive manner. She just rolled her eyes and walked away.
I won’t spend another dime at that hooters if this is what is deemed acceptable behavior.

Putting this out there so ppl see it. This is what they make their cooks work in. Air don’t work, gets to 92 plus in the kitchen. Also let me make sure yall know about the multiple roaches I saw not to mention the times customers at the bar pointed the roaches out to the employees.

Food was good and our waitress was very nice. The establishment seemed outdated though. Like it used to be a small Denny's or something.

The service was good, our waitress was super sweet. Our only complaint is the food had zero flavor to it and the drinks were bland and the lime on my drink was dry, couldn't even squeeze juice out of it.

I went in and had the buffalo shrimp that were amazing. And a nice cold beer. The people were very friendly and took care of it and a timely manner.
