Walked in with my GF at 5:45. We weren’t greeted until we had to find a hostess… after that frustration we sat for another 15 minutes without being greeted with a sever or offered a drink. We eventually got frustrated and left. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

Kelcey kept forgetting about is after waiting 15 minutes for her to even show up to the table. The food came out separate about 10 minutes apart. It was hot but I would say it was great by no means. This hooters is a prime example of why they are going bankrupt.

Our first and last time at this location. Ordered the dry rub smoked lemon pepper wings. They came out over cooked and had feathers still on them. David was the manager on duty and when I brought it to his attention he came to the table and started raising his voice after I asked him would he eat it. He proceeded to give nothing but rude angry energy. Our Server Brittany was polite but he needs a training class on etiquette and handling disappointed customers.

We got boil shrimp and 6pc wing all flat well done. The boiled shrimp had was not cleaned properly, with poop still on track. I was told that they don't clean the shrimp they get it pre-ordered and cleaned they don't even rinse it off they just serve it. They took it before and could take a pic. And the wing were not well done. Smh. I love hooter in Michigan but this place needs to close gross.

If you’re a female customer, good luck with having good service. Apparently the women waitresses know where the money is at so they’ll cater to the men faster than they cater to the woman. They had me waiting for my order for over 45 minutes

I went last Sunday to watch the game, and the drinks were weak for the price. I had ordered the platter with the 6 shrimp 6 bone in parmesean garlic which were bland and tasteless, they had absolutely no flavor, and I asked for them to be fried crispy. They were not and some were under cooked pale white chicken.The 6 boneless were ok nothing to brag about. I wish I could post the picture. Please do better by your customers.
Philly cheese steak was ok. Service was great .
