We had a good experience in island jerk ,good food ,good service i usually don’t leave reviews because I am lazy for that ,but for them and for the amazing food I need to share my experience ,just stop by and try it .

The customer service is always great. I'm from Florida so I've eaten a lot of Jamaican food. This restaurant is above okay but not my best. The beef patties are good. The chicken soup is delicious. But the brown stew chicken with peas and rice is okay. The gravy could use more flavor and the peas and rice are missing some ingredients. I said I'd give them another try one day

Do not! I repeat DO NOT!!! Order their veggies plate. It’s a waste of time. It’s nothing but rice, cabbage mixed with carrots and two plantains. It's a little hole in the wall place. The service was just ok. I stood there for 5 minutes before even being waited on. Now with that being said, the food was definitely worth the wait! It was delicious and hot with tons of flavor! I have been searching for a good Jamaican spot, and I hit the jackpot here! I live about 30 away from here, but let me tell youuuuuuuu.... it was worth the gas and money, honey! I'm definitely going back!

Horrible!!! You all should be ashamed of yourselves selling patties like that for full price. Ordered a spinach patty with coco bread. Literally a bite of spinach spread throughout the patty with no seasoning. Pure pastry and bread and the beef patties tastes like it came from Sams. Young lady in the front was very sweet though! But we won't be going back to this place!!!!

Places like this really makes me miss NY. I ordered the jerk chicken, rice and peas $14.99 for a small...never again. This is most likely great if you've never had good Jamaican food the jerk chicken had NOOOOOOOO FLAVOR, very disappointed but then again it is Conyers.OH and with your food you get one fork and one napkin only. TF???

I called before coming to ask the soup of the day. I was happy because the cashier said it was fish. So I order a large soup for $10. But the fish that was used was a fatty oily fish. It was kinda like salmon (I think) it was awful in the soup. I didn't like it at all. One good thing. It wasn't too spicy. But they should consider a white fish that is not so fatty. It had 2 little dumplings a piece of potato and carrot and a couple slices of green banana. Just too much broth and fatty fish.
