I came back to edit my review. The 1st time I was there which was about 2 weeks ago I loved it. I went back yesterday, ordered $75 worth of food and was told it was $1.50 for additional plates. That is petty in my opinion. A pack of plates is $1. I won't be back. I can not stand petty people or businesses.

Portions were great food was salted good but was not SEASONED. Felt like I was eating soul food not authentic jamaican. Oxtails tasted like stewed beef lol. Didnt hit the spot for me.

Island Vibe is sort of hidden from public due to location....but once you find it....you know you've found a good thing...

My visit to Island Vibes was very welcoming. The staff were friendly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout. I ordered the whole snapper, and it was perfectly seasoned—not too salty, not too bland. The music selection was also a highlight, with a diverse mix of songs that added to the enjoyable atmosphere. The young lady at the register was patient and helpful, even as I asked a few extra questions. It was good to see a smile on her face.Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be returning—next time with my family!

I ordered BBQ Jerk Salmon, rice and peas, steamed cabbage, and plantain. Everything was sooooo nice!!!!! The service was good and the chef when out of his way to make my request. The atmosphere wasn’t all that great to be honest, but I gave 5/5 for the extra care and effort.

Used to be my go to. Got served undercooked curry. I asked for oxtails in place of their mess up because my lunch was ruined. Only offered refund. This will be my last time visiting.

Ordered this on uber eats I’ve had them before so I thought mhm no problems were to come , I was beyond disappointed and will probably never eat here again unfortunately, the food it’s self is decent but the portions are laughable and quite disrespectful. I ordered a small oxtail on the app but it gave me the option to upsize to A Large for only $3.99 more so I did I got my food and imagine my surprise when I open the plate to find four little freaking pieces of meat a small scoop of Mac and cheese and maybe two scoops of rice , mind you I paid almost $40 for just this plate alone I’m pissed off and will be telling anyone and everyone to find another place if they’re looking for Caribbean food, wouldn’t recommend at all if I could give zero stars I would ,

Went today after giving them a break the soup was NASTY it tasted like they threw all the old leftover together. The curry pattie skin was good the inside was nasty 🤢 looking like when your child have a runny nose 👃 I just wasted my money 💴 again. They not ready. This the location on GA 138 I think the island folks can taste and see the difference.

I was so excited to purchase a Chicken Roti & fried plantains from this establishment just about 4pm today. However, I was very disappointed when I sat at my kitchen table less than 15 minutes later. The plantains were beyond burnt & dry; not freshly made. The inside of the plantains were the same burnt color & texture of the outside.The pieces of the inside of the chicken were very pink; some appeared with blood juice; seemingly not cooked all the way through. The round pot on the stove is what I ended up cooking. There is a sign in the establishment that says to check your food before you leave as nothing will be done if you return after leaving. The employees were pleasant. However, I could not rate the food any higher as the chicken was poorly prepared.
