I was at Jersey Mike’s in Conyers and I ordered a turkey sub and this is the second time this happened before he made my sub. I observed him with his gloves on, go to the back and move some things around and touch some things. I don’t think he should have touched Then , came to the front and grabbed a dish rag, wipe the area where he was gonna to prepare the sub in, then he grabbed my bread and start making my sub and I told him I no longer wanted it. I don’t think they were trained right because on a dish rag there’s more bacteria on that and God knows what else, if you wipe something with a dish rag, I think you should wash your hands and change your gloves. That’s just my opinion and like I said this is not the first time that happened, it was the second time and I would never go to that location. Again,If you do ,watch them and make sure they keep their hands clean or you could get very sick. .

This is by far the dirtiest Jesesy Mike's ever. Lots of of cross contamination. On top of the fact the employee that severed me at establishment is very disrespectful. The conditions and attitudes of this establishment reflects those of the management. I will never return. I will be reporting this location to the heath department. Enough is enough! Eat here at your own rest.

I’m very disappointed with the service and staff at the Jersey Mike’s in Conyers, GA. Let’s begin with the manager, she’s not friendly, doesn’t greet people when entering the store, carries on conversations about personal matters with the staff as they go about their business. During my recent visit, I purchased a giant sub and the bread was stale, and the toppings were not fresh. Started to return it to the store but didn’t want to waste my time dealing with the manager. Please make changes at that store. Until then I’ll be ordering my subs from Publix. They taste better. Dissatisfied with Jersey Mike’s.

Went for a sub tonight no onions no lettuce and out of rosemary bread not that I wanted that kind. But every other week they run out of items to make a complete sub.

Have to go to scenic hwy for a sub most of the time which is an inconvenience.

Walked in, waited then walked out! This restaurant was filthy. Food debris everywhere. Counters were dirty, tables were sticky and it smelled horrible. Only two people working there at lunchtime and they were totally backed up with online food orders. There’s was no way I could have eaten food there.

I came in last Friday and it was so busy. Val and Amaya were so attentive, professional and courteous. They should both get a raise. They are both very good people and hard workers who really care about making everything exactly as wanted by their customers.

Place needs to be cleaned. Floors and tables are nasty. Work area looks like it needs a deep cleaning.

Tables not clean, soda being dispensed was without syrup, tea dispenser was uncovered, trash can running over. Will never eat here again.

This was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen. Literally a piece of meat was just in the fridge chilling (see photo). The place looked like it hadn’t been swept in 6 months. I witnessed a worker typing on his phone in between slicing meat- not removing gloves- just slicing meat and texting- casual. Soap dispenser where employees wash hands was broken and just laying in the sink. I am appalled. I think the door dash / uber eats must be what keeps them open because if people saw the place the food was being cooked they would be terrified.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is by far the worst Jersey Mike’s experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order online, and DoorDash delivered it to my front porch and left it there. When I opened the bag, it was completely wrong — not even close to what I ordered and nothing I could eat.

I had to drive to the store myself just to get it corrected. When I arrived, the three young employees casually acknowledged the mistake with, “Oh, that was the order we messed up on,” but offered no apology or concern. They simply remade the order and handed it to me with a “here you go.”

No professionalism, no accountability, and definitely no customer service. I now understand why this location only has a 3.4 rating. This wasn’t my first bad experience, but it will absolutely be my last.

My 1st @ this Jersey Mike's in Conyers, and I won't be going back. First red flag, not enough employees to service the evening rush. The restroom paper towel dispenser was broken. The manager was trying to slice meat and take call-ins @ the sametime. I assume the employee who made the sandwich was new, because he jacked my sandwich up. Almost inedible because the young man poured too much mustard on the sandwich. Seriously, had to dap some mustard off with a napkin for my lady to eat it. SMDH, wish I hadn't driven to far to take it back.

This place is DIRTYYY! The ceiling to the walls to the arm that holds the computer are covered in dust and grossness. The people working had a Bluetooth speaker playing loud music and they could barely hear the customer orders. The atmosphere made me not want to eat inside so I took it to my car. The sandwich was only okay too. This place needs a visit from a regional manager/corporate.
