Asked for all sauce on the side since it will be traveling. upon arrival, first thing said “we put the mayo on the sandwich”, after asking for a new one, i left because I was in a hurry. Upon opening the sandwiches, they have the complete wrong toppings, wrong size, and wrong bread. after paying extra. After calling to have them changed I was denied. Very poor service. waste of money

November 9th/2:00p.m. The Manager was extremely rude about the advertisement on the app of buy one sandwich get one free with the online purchases and downloading the app. Another random customer walked in and she was rude to them also. The 3employees were Very helpful and nice..More Than The Manager! They were Great. However, I feel sorry for them that they have to work in that type of HOSTILE ANGRY environment. We all have problems but that treatment was ridiculous. The Manager will Definitely hurt your business, very Kamala-ish.👎👎👎

I come here once a week. One I have to leave work early to make sure I have time to get my food and be able to eat it. 2 weeks ago I was bypassed on my order while standing in line . I got frustrated And left while my coworker had to wait 15 minutes to have his sandwich made. We came back this week and the light skin lady who I believe is a manager made a smart comment to another employee. " Look who's back". I can honestly tell you we enjoy the food but she is absolutely rude. And when I told her we don't have to spend our money at this location. She bypassed out sandwich making and after 5 minutes she made another employee finish it. Keep in mind the sandwiches were already cut. Just needed toppings. You have several good employees. Young man not sure his name ,is on point. As far as what seems to be your manager she is very lacking in her ability. Please find a way to repair this. I don't want a free sandwich. I want to walk in and feel welcome and served properly. I have read some of your other reviews and it seems to be a very bad pattern. I will love to speak with someone about it . Very rude lady.

I recently stopped by Jersey Mike’s Subs, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The subs were absolutely delicious – fresh ingredients and perfectly made, making every bite more enjoyable than the last. The building itself was clean and welcoming, which added to the pleasant dining atmosphere. What really set this visit apart, though, was the amazing service. The employees were not only courteous and attentive but seemed genuinely happy to be there. The manager truly stood out, working side by side with the team and leading by example. Her positive, can-do attitude radiated throughout the store and created a seamless experience for everyone. I always look forward to coming back to this Jersey Mike’s location, it’s the perfect combination of great food, excellent service, and a positive atmosphere. Highly recommended!

They are sooooo rude. They don't speak and the light skin lady manager is the worst she is sooo rude and nasty. She never gives me the right amount of meat. She gives me less. One time she saw me and refused to do my sandwich. Do not come here if you want good food and feel welcomed.

Today Sept. 16th @ 12:30 I went inside to order. The staff was great all except the snotty one who I assume is Manager. She was rude and has very little if any personal skill with the public. Even a few of the other customers were like wow. But the employees who have to deal with her on a daily basis. Hopefully someone can set her straight or give her some more training. Then I’ll think about coming back.

Jersey Mike's in Conyers always hit it out the park. Grand Slam! Game Over! My brother ordered the #4, My Mom ordered the Turkey with Provolone, and I ordered the Italian. Fresh meats, condiments, and that Rosemary bread are binge worthy goodness. This particular location keep a good staff so kudos to the owners. I first started eating Jersey Mike's in Atlanta by my Alma Mater Grady High (now Midtown High). I stop going to their competition. Every now and then, I get weak on a BOGO deal, but I will always return to JM. You can't beat the taste of an authentic submarine sandwich like JM present them. I ordered from the app and had no problems. The Conyers location is a winner. That's why I keep coming back. Thank you for amazing food, with awesome service. 3 sandwiches (2 giants and 1 regular, one had a bacon add for $3) came to $44 with a $4 tip. I did have a $10 JM discount. JM is pricey but sort of worth it. Giants are $16, and a regular was $10 via the app. Parking for this location is good being they are located next to 5 Guys and Tmobile on a busy road.

Store 5073 A manager put a penny in our sandwich which was an assault and the district manager will not give me corporates telephone number. I don’t recommend that people eat there period.
