Literally the worst location ever. They have 4-5 people working that not only have 0 customer service, they take FOREVER to do anything. I stopped eating at jersey mikes just because of how bad this location is.

Stood in line for 15 minutes, while 1 guy shook his dreadlocks over the same 2 sandwiches he was making for the ladies ahead of me, then he got into a full on cussing argument with another employee, that was doing less than him. 3 other customers walked out without ordering, and then we decided to do the same. I won't be back.

This jersey mikes on 138 in conyers, ga., is in need of a makeover. The employees need training on cleanliness, it’s dirty behind that counter. The meat slicers, the condiments station is filthy. They make sandwiches all day long but don’t clean up. They run out of bread all the time. The workers should have some training in how to handle customer complaints without wanting to fight customers. I suggest hiring a new crew, there are two people that really shouldn’t be there.

Great great great!! And I've never had Agave Cream Soda before! Loved It!! I haven't seen it anywhere else before. This Stonecrest location is a little far from me, and they don't have it in any other Jersey Mike's that I've been to. However, I will probably take that ride back to that Jersey Mike's to get that Agave cream soda again!!

Every since the new Mgr/GM (Frank) arrived, this has been a much better run location. He first and foremost values the customers and he highly values his staff. You can tell that his staff really gives their best when he is leading them. Today's crew consisted of Frank, Caleb and Monique. They gave great customer interaction and service. You all are much appreciated!

Very Disappointed in tonights service. The young man making my sandwich was laughing and talking over my food. Literally cracking up. Mask should be worn, hair nets also. When i said something there was no accountability but he offered to make my sandwich over …what difference would it had made.

We always have a great experience every time we eat at Jersey Mike’s on Hwy 138 in Conyers. We had a mix up with toppings on two of our subs and they remade our sandwiches with no problem at all. Frank and the team are absolutely amazing and so kind and helpful every time we go in. The bread is always so fresh a long with everything else. This is the only place we go when we want a great sub sandwich.

As soon as we walked in all the workers were just sitting in the lobby on their phones playing around with what looked like some friends of theirs. They Acted like it was an inconvenience that we were in there ordering. Bathrooms are disgusting. I asked for 2 ranch’s with my salad and this is what they gave me. Not sure what I’m supposed to do with 2 not even filled up halfway ranch cups. Probably the worst Jersey mikes I’ve been to. Will not be returning.

Personally, love the manager and the team working! They are all wonderful, kind, and great people to see when we get our food. The food is fresh and is always clean when I go in! I usually go in once a week, and the overall atmosphere is fantastic along with a delicious sub!!
