Rude disrespectful manager she was cursing at me and me something terinke and ingave it back ti her. This was today 04/28/2024 between 2:15-2:45.The male black employee told ne i couldn't afford the food anywau( I waa calling my back to gave them unlocked my debit card).Then when I told them I no longer wanted the food due to the young white guy looked as if he was high off something,his nose running then wiping his nose on his gloves. Just utterly nasty and I will be reporting this store to the BBB and the health department nasty meat case windows. Store not properly maintained,poor customer service at it's best.,I went to the covington location, clean store, employees all had on cleanuniforms.All 3 employees had impeccable customer service. CONYERS YOUR STORE SUCKS LITERALLY and the saddest thing is I come here 2-3x a week getting up to 3/5 subs..YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS AND GET SOME EMPLOYESS WHO TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR APPEARANCE AND THEIR JOB!?O will call the health inspector on Monday.

Obviously, the workers did not feel like working today. I normally order from here through Uber Eats, and lately it has been a hit or miss. Today I placed an order, and let’s just say they missed all the notes on how I wanted my sandwich to be made. Not to mention that I was given a chocolate brownie instead of a chocolate chip cookie. Now had my sandwich been properly made, I would have assumed that maybe they were out of cookies, so they replaced it with a brownie. However, being that all order notes were missed on my sandwich, and the presentation was extremely messy/sloppy, I will say that the worker chose not to care about what I ordered. When I first started ordering from here through Uber Eats, they were doing a pretty good job at making my sandwich properly, and following all order notes. I have been ordering from this location for about the past year or so, and in the past few months I’ve noticed that my sandwiches are getting worse with each order placed. It’s very disappointing when you are paying for something, and you get the complete opposite of what you ordered. Please do better, as these are hard times within the economy not only for myself, but I’m sure several other individuals that patronize your store. Needless to say, I will be taking a break from ordering from this establishment/location .

I go to this location at least twice a week. Will not be going here again. Employees are rude my coworker was charged twice for our order. Then employee tried to say that she was not charged twice. Got back to office no receipt in bag. Tried to call store several times will not answer. I would like to speak to the owner of this location. They are loosing business because of their rude employees.

This store here in Conyers off of 138 has the laziest employees I’ve ever seen. I am a handicap person and thought that if I ordered curbside pick up, I wouldn’t have to get out my car to pick up my sandwich. So far three times that I have tried to order curbside I’ve had to get out my car to pick up my own order. So if you’re handicap and don’t wanna get out the class, she don’t go to this Jersey Mike’s. It’s crazy because I like Jersey Mike’s sandwiches, but I might have to stop going to get it. It was not even crowded. There was no one in line.

The countertop was dirty with old food. The worker was not willing to change the brown lettuce or wilted tomatoes. Her attitude was unacceptable.

Asked for a cup for water. Was given a large cup and charged for a large fountain drink (around $3).I asked if I had to be charged for a fountain drink to get tap water and was told they had to charge for the cup.I passed on the cup/upcharge and they took it back after I held it and put it on the stack of cups. Thought that was unusual.

Went in to get a salad (turkey provolone) and my husband a giant 13 on rosemary. As I'm watching the container of lettuce it's empty and the young lady is scraping and I say I don't want that lettuce (nicely) she gets upset after she says it's the same I say you can't get a full container she refused so I didn't want it. She continues to talk and mumble and I say it's ok if I don't want it. Almost skipping my man to help another customer that's waiting. Then I say you still need to prepare his sandwich. Is this how we are now and can't get fresh lettuce wow wow wow

Our family loves Jersey Mikes. However the Conyers location is awful. The manager is super rude and sat staring at her employees as they made sandwiches. She told the employee making my daughter’s sandwich “too many pickles”. There were 5. Every time the employees added something to the sandwich they looked for her to shake her head yes or no. If she shook her head no, they began removing stuff from the sandwich. She said the kids meals included a cookie except they had none so they could split a brownie. I asked why they couldn’t get a whole brownie each since they get a whole cookie. No was her answer. Probably because they only had 2 brownies in the display. My daughter’s sandwich was its normal kids meal size. The manager told her employee it was “too big and to cut some off.” The manager is super rude to her employees and to customers. Will absolutely not be returning and will make sure all my friends and family stick with the wonderful staff at the Covington location. Definitely needs a manager change at the Conyers location.

My husband and I went in there tonight we was going to set down However when we got there we ordered giant sandwiches my husband got a regular size sandwich and I thought the price was kind of a little bit lower on the lower end but I didn't question it because I thought well maybe that's some kind of deal y'all had going on the co-cut sandwiches I ordered the chicken back and ranch and did not get the chicken bacon ranch got something else that had mayonnaise on it not very pleased with this establishment at this area. Night shift manager was standing there like she didn't really care she seen where the girl messed up and didn't even try to make the orders correct I asked for pickles to be put on my sandwich and the girl got smart with me and said you didn't ask for nothing else I would not recommend anyone to go to this one establishment if I was going to go to a Jersey Mike I would go anywhere but this will replace.

Sandwich maker was sloppy. Food counter was very messy. They ran out of fountain drinks. The sandwich maker left Jersey Mike's went to Five Guys to get himself a drink of soda. Ain't that a joke !! Worst Jersey Mike's ever.
