I recently visited Jim ’N Nick’s and had an issue with my order — the potato salad was unusually salty, almost as if someone may have used salt instead of sugar by mistake. When I brought it to the attention of the manager on duty, Tyrone Francis, he handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness.
He immediately apologized, took full responsibility, and went above and beyond to make things right — even offering me a complimentary meal for the inconvenience. His genuine attitude, great customer service, and positive energy truly turned the experience around.
It’s rare to see that level of care these days, and because of Tyrone, I’ll definitely continue coming back. Jim ’N Nick’s is lucky to have a manager like him!

I didn't even get to my food and I have to write this review! Moved down here from DC and wanted some bbq so I came to this place because of the ratings. Sat down at the bar with another guy finishing his food. No acknowledgment from the bartender AT ALL been sitting for at least four mins looked right at me didn't say a word nor smile. So I sat maybe five more mins before someone asking what I was here for! Girl came to get my other asking my name and I'm confused I didn't place a order but instead of SAYING PLEASE GIVE ME A NAME FOR THE ORDER YOU WOULD LIKE TO PLACE! smfh them walk out mid order, only to say I'm taking five dollars off. I have money and a discount isn't more valuable then service. Now I don't trust the food. Service is trash. Lady behind the bar with the dreads needs more training on customer service asap

Had a great experience with Amanda on Mon night. The brisket was fantastic, bread pudding a winner, but the service by Amanda was truly over the top!
Always good experience getting food , the pork sandwich was just a little dry , fries were great though ! My fav is the potato salad for sure!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I literally just ordered food here and they didn’t listen when I said no pickles on the plate. How hard is it to listen to what the customer wants? Whenever I come here to order I tell the person taking my order at the drive thru NO PICKLES on the plate. And every time what do I see when I check my order PICKLES!!! I am allergic to pickles. I just wasted $18.49.

Did you see that picture hello!!! This is the ultimate potato yea you spent 15 to 17 but baby it’s worth every penny. Brisket slap your mamma they smoke that all nite. Let me take a deep breath and talk about that corn bread muffin. Taste like joy and happiness.

The food was delicious as always, and I rated a 4 on atmosphere because the drive-through remained closed, from parking lot maintenance that had been done earlier, and I was suffering from COVID so it was a smidge inconvenient.
That said, if I could have rated the service as a 10 on a 5 point scale I would. As Bella, the takeout specialist was incredible! She took my order over the phone. She kindly came out and accepted payment and brought me my food quickly. The order was fulfilled perfectly and my experience with Bella was outstanding.
She even brought me a water to ease my coughing.
I will be back, Bella is the best!
