Me and my friends had a Great time at Juicy Crawfish for my birthday dinner. The main highlight of the evening Provided by Jared the manager who attended to us he truly elevated our experience. Not only was he a great host but he also exuded charm, entertainment, and an impressive work ethic. His presence made the occasion truly memorable.

Food was hot and good. Lemon pepper wings were too salty. Service was not good at all. Once we ordered and the " robot" brought us our food, we received no more service. We were left to take our own trays from the robot cart and left alone for a very long time before someone came to see if we were okay or needed anything else. Then once that happened, she disappeared again. For good. That is until she wanted to come and get the payments for the food. ??After that, it was all over. The restaurant looks very nice on the inside. Looks clean. Not many customers in at the time. So, I really don't get why we didn't have regular service from the waitress.Floor was very sticky.

Great family atmosphere. Good food.. had a limited selection on alcoholic drinks. They used a robot to deliver your food to the table.
When I grew up this place was Ryan's. Then it was a seafood buffet Chinese buffet. Now it is the juicy crawfish. They are wonderful. The staff is friendly. The food is great! I love the little robotic waiter.

Tonight was our 1st time here & definitely our LAST. Prices are reasonable but the food just not good everybody at table ordered different dishes and NOBODY finished their food even 50% of it. The robot that brings your food out is COOL!! But that’s it definitely NOT worth the money we spent. This spot NEEDS to invest in a few 1000 bottles of seasoning. The gratuity added to a party of 6 where we split our checks into 3 and still had the tips added was WILD!! My garlic bread & cup of water was GREAT!!!

I will never ever support this location or any other locations affiliated with them. The workers have treated my sister and I with the upmost disrespect. We were racially discriminated by the floor manager/owner. He was incredibly rude and made micro aggressions to my sister and I. He kept coming to our table telling us to make sure we pay and kept having the floor workers to “keep an eye” on us and make sure we pay. At this time we were the only black women in the restaurant and no one else had this treatment. He also stood by the door to see if we payed but did not do that to any other customers who happened to be non black women leaving. We usually always order here for take out/pick up. But this day we decided to dine in to get the real experience and all I can say is I’m glad because now I will never ever spend another penny at a company who discriminates towards black women. And for your main clientele to be black people and you treat us like this is absolutely disgusting and I will be reporting this to Georgia department of public health and city of Atlanta.
