One is too many stars. We went today, Thursday, October 3, at around 330, and stood in line for 15 mins. No one ever took our order. We finally left when we realized a woman had been waiting on her food for longer than we had been there. The profanity coming from the workers was ridiculous as well.
Wanted to try the New Saucy Nuggets... I didn't really want many .. just a few as a snack and to taste the HONEY Garlic sauce ., well the cashier recommended a five-piece special for $5... She said it comes with two sauces I said okay I really only want the honey garlic... She said will it comes with you.OK ? She rang me up it came to almost $8 so I asked why... Did I have to pay extra for the special sauce...? she said I don't know I just pressed the button and that's what it said.. $8 is not $5... Even with tax. I asked for the manager... He was on the phone... The second manager came.. and said will you ask for the special sauce... I said I asked her if that's what it was I'm not going to pay extra if it doesn't come with it... The refunded the difference... I went to my car the nuggets were small and crunchy swimming in sauce.. too much not good ? and in the bag there were no other sauces that were to come with the deal. I noted had I known it was extra I could have decided before she rang me up... The cashier actually walked off crying. I realize she was young it wasn't totally her fault but you have to listen to your customers and always disclose if there are extra fees... I used to go and stopped because of a bad experience ... 5/6 years ago... I guess I won't be back for another 5 or 6 years... I hope the cashier got coaching... It was not personal just business ?

Worse experience ever. Customer service sucks and I did not get a receipt for my order. I informed them I need a receipt for my job and they said they don't know how to get a copy of a receipt from 3 days ago for a large order at the drive thru window. That order ended up coming out my paycheck because I failed to receive a copy of my receipt.

I haven't been in so long. I hate that they did not have what I ordered. I wanted the crispy fried chicken and it would have been a 25min wait. That's the reason I stopped going they never seen tu have the crispy chicken. The food was so good.
