Ordered on mobile app and picked up in store. The employee I talked to was rude and clueless. He couldn’t even find my order. He finally found it, and he never checked it to make sure it was right.i drove back to my house. The order was completely wrong. On top of that, no utensils or napkins in the bag. I tried calling the store many times. Finally got someone to answer and unfortunately it was the same guy I talked to in the store. He said I have to call KFC.com for a refund of the wrong order. He was extremely rude once again. I had to go through 20 minutes of phone calls with KFC to get a refund. This store is useless. Avoid at all costs. Order time 6:02pm 12/17/2025.

I don't know what's going on with Conyers KFC. They didn't give any wings at all the chicken wasn't original like it used to be. It was more like crispy crust. The biscuits were here as bricks! We even tried to make them softer. We're paying $45 for this so called fresh food! Is you're going to raise the price then get your acts together! I work extremely hard to put my hard earned money into a restaurant to serve me hot fresh food! It shouldn't taste like it's been sitting there all week! My husband said the cashier just say there like he doesn't care to be there! We did drive thru this time.

The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the only thing I come for is chicken pot pie and it’s a hit or miss to whether the have them, they’re good but always out of stock when I come sadly! Do better and stock more pot pies KFC !!!

Ordered large Cole slaw an hour ago. When taken home, it was 1/3 full. Constantly calling but no one answers the phone. Feeding a family of four but just enough for two servings.

I strongly advise against dining at this location due to alarming food safety violations observed during my visit. It was shocking to witness a manager handling pot pies and crusts using his bare hands, without any gloves! After touching cash, he proceeded to serve food without washing his hands. This blatant disregard for hygiene is completely unacceptable!

When I raised my concerns with him, his response was disturbingly nonchalant and dismissive, as if the health of customers wasn’t a priority. How can we trust our meals are safe when those in charge show such negligence?

Food safety should never be compromised. I urge everyone to consider these serious issues before choosing where to eat. Your health matters, don't take unnecessary risks! Please share this information with friends and family so they can make informed decisions about their dining experiences. Together, we can advocate for better standards in our local establishments!

Wait time for drive thru was a 45 minute wait. There were three cars pulled over and we made the fourth. We ordered a 2pc dark meat only and 12 strip spicy. We ended up going on the inside. How about they forgot our order. Incompetence at the highest! This is ridiculous!

This place is a hit or miss. But one thing for sure the biscuits are always hard!!!!!! What happen to the original biscuit. Every time I go, they give me a hard biscuit!!! If I want that I would go across the street to Popeyes where I know the chicken is going to be fresh as well!
