The chicken tasted like it had been cooked for days. No tea, no soft drinks. They only had fruit punch, Mt Dew. The staff was very rude. I should have known not to eat there when the parking lot was empty at lunch time.

Don’t order here! I ordered online and the manager gave our order away to a random. When we tried to show proof of purchase his response was “idk numbers, I know names.” Just be honest and say you don’t know how to use your own ordering system. Moving on… he was very nasty acting and refused to replace the order. We then proceeded to request a refund from .com and the 1-800 number. They proceeded to tell us they have to do an investigation before issuing our refund. So… a random can come into the store and pick up other people’s food with no proof of purchase but I have to wait for an investigation to be completed before I can get my money back? Make it make sense!

Horrible experience. Don’t go here at all. Especially if you have to be anywhere within an hour. You will spend time sitting in the parking lot while others get served. Why ask me to pull around (so it looks like you are serving customers fast in your system) if you’re gonna have me waiting for 20 minutes for wings? And when I went inside, the manager told me I needed to wait another 1:30 for my wings to finish cooking…..never again. Thanks for my refund. I’d rather spend my money where I’m appreciated.

They must have been short staffed. 5 cars told to pull up to the front to wait. The fries cooked to hard, dried out. The nuggets were just ok almost dried out kinda tough, my grandson said not the same lol.

Worst KFC in the Atlanta area. Beautiful busy Sunday before Christmas and lobby closed. Chicken always cold and greasy. Can't wait until this location is closed down

On December 7 I came in to get an order pre-ordered from DoorDash for a pick up. I got the food and got home and realized that the chicken was so old that II came in to get an order pre-ordered from DoorDash for a pick up. I got the food and got home and realized that the chicken was so old that We could not eat it they literally gave me chicken probably from hours Before I came,. Totally ridiculous. This is not the first time this has happened at the store. Seems like the young kids in their plays a lot and doesn’t pay attention to the quality of the food that they’re giving out some things really need to be done about that store. I wish I would have took the pictures to show what those kids gave me to eat so upset about it when it happened.

Service is slow. Had to wait 20 min on one order and was told 10min on another order but both were ordered at the same time. one order was ready and then had to wait another 10 min for other. both should have been dropped at same time. Food was good tho.

Went in just to get a large cole slaw when I saw the manager (older white guy) knock the tongs (that they handle the chicken and biscuits with) on the floor bend down picked them up and hung them up with another pair. This is just nasty.

This is the worst place you can go to get food. They never have pit pie or basically ARE TOO LAZY TO COOK THEM!!!!! I hate this place. HORRIBLE! WILL BE REPORTING TO CORPORATE

If I could give it a negative star I would! I’ve gone twice in 3 months with the same result. Waited 35 minutes only to be told they didn’t have what I ordered. Initially went through the drive thru and was told it was closed. Drove around the building to find out it was closed because the employee was outside talking to her girlfriend in the parking lot! The only person who had a grain of empathy and customer service is the gentleman with the disability! He was preparing orders, delivering orders and taking them! I think this KFC should close until they are fully staffed to handle the public!

Don’t go here!!! They don’t want to help you, the food is horrible, and it takes 30 mins while they serve people that came in after you. We went at 9:30 on a Friday night. They told us it’ll be a 5 min wait. We were the only one in the drive thru when we ordered. We got an 8pc tender family meal and a side of fried pickles. The fried pickles were all fried as one wad and it was inedible. The biscuits were cold, and the Mac n cheese was cold and in a wad as well in the container. Looks like it was taken out of the freezer, and sat out and served to us. We had to go back through the drive thru after they told us to wait by the door. She had it waiting for us at the window. Seriously awful. Spent 35 dollars for this.
