It’s sad to say that some workers will never get past fast food because they can’t provide one simple thing such as customer service . I walk in patiently waiting 7 min no creating. I was told to use the kiosk to put in my order. The kiosk simply doesn’t have everything I want and could barely customize. I had to ask for help twice . I wanted jalpenos the nice young lady told me she would have them give them to me because it’s not on the kiosk and etc. well the same lady that told me to use the kiosk said no charge her 3 for $1 and ring her up . So I tell her never mind because now my card is about to be ran twice and I thought I was told to use the kiosk because the registers were down. So now I’m sitting in the lobby waiting to get me and my family food to done in to be told there is no original chicken did I want crispy. Well the lady that helped me knew my order why she wouldn’t just tell me there is no original chicken and if tho it’s 7pm they are not dropping any new chicken which means from 7 to close these people will not be getting fresh chicken . So I ask for a refund and here am an hour later still waiting at the register for my refund. They could have dropped more chicken by then. Anyone who loves kfc knows you don’t go to the kernel without getting original. I just ask that applications are looked at for new managers because in order for anything to run smooth the right leadership with leadership quality’s is needed and the managment here sucks and it shows .

Been sitting inside for 30 mins. Tried to order with an employee but he directed me to the kiosk. Paying cash so had to wait longer. Employees don’t seem to know what they are doing. Would not recommend anyone to stop here

Update Jan 2025 Placed an order on the app at 4:51. It said it would be ready at 4:56. I got there at 5:02. They said "oh we ran out if dark meat as soon as we got your order. Do you want white meat? No. Do you want extra crispy? No. Well it's gonna be 16 minutes. I haven't been to this location in almost 2 years and definitely won't be back.
By far one of the worst KFC 's to go too. 4th time I've visited and the lobby doors are closed and locked before 8pm (they never put up any signs either). If you don't want to be open just close the location. I should not have to sit in a line for 30 minutes because the staff is too lazy to work. I did not wait drive over to the one in Covington and got my food in no time. The one in Conyers is closer to me but I'll make sure I take that extra 3 minute drive to Covington

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before going. My family and I eat out almost daily. 1st time here though. Pretty sure it’s the last as well. I only went because of a coupon in the mail. I wasn’t told until after I paid that there would be a 13 minute wait for my food. Ok cool. Got a drink for the wait “as if”. Waited 15 minutes to get my order and it was wrong. The item that was missing was not even ready. They were prepared to make me wait for a side item to cook. “No thank you. I’ll just take this. “ and on the way out the door I hear “have a nice night “ It honestly felt like a farewell “f u” Maybe one day we can pay people enough to care about their job. Wishful thinking.

I haven't been to a KFC in a long time because they always look desolate. I Decided to try this one since it seemed busy, and I wasn't disappointed. The chicken was hot and flavorful and the biscuit was very good, I should've bout an extra. But next time. The service was good as well.
We arrived to this location on a Friday at 7:20 pm and to our surprise the doors were locked for the lobby, no sign or notice whatsoever.
