Don’t go here!!! They don’t want to help you, the food is horrible, and it takes 30 mins while they serve people that came in after you. We went at 9:30 on a Friday night. They told us it’ll be a 5 min wait. We were the only one in the drive thru when we ordered. We got an 8pc tender family meal and a side of fried pickles. The fried pickles were all fried as one wad and it was inedible. The biscuits were cold, and the Mac n cheese was cold and in a wad as well in the container. Looks like it was taken out of the freezer, and sat out and served to us. We had to go back through the drive thru after they told us to wait by the door. She had it waiting for us at the window. Seriously awful. Spent 35 dollars for this.

Got an 8 piece with 2 large sides and 4 biscuits. You guys, if you get coupons, via email, text, or in the mail use them!!!!! The service was great, nice young man took my order and everything I purchased was received. I don't eat out alot, but, today I cheated. Great service and hot chicken. See you guys soon. Bernadette

I waited forever and the chicken was still NOT FRESH on top of them shorting me 2 whole pieces of Chicken then telling me they’re out of hot said. Now I have to go purchase additional food for my children smh. This is a 100% scam of an establishment that needs to be closed down IMMEDIATELY. I’m beyond pissed

Its ridiculous tjat you have a Tuesday sale and customer have to wait 35 min for some chicken . I understand that chocken takes time to make bit i sat there for the first 15 min and saw some chicken come out. Which i was told that is was the original and not the crispy that i ordered. But if you don't have chicken you should make both not one at a time. I have come here for yrs and i really dont have a problem with the staff bc they are great and non disrespectful. But having your customers wait so long for dinner is ridiculous. I sat there for 35 min before i was able to get my order saw how the drive thur got served but the front gets no attention. Hope thing get changed. Also saw workers use the same gloves they touch the headset there hair and even register and then went back and serve food with the same gloves.

The customer service at this kfc is not good at all. I don't know why they hire people who can't even provide the basic customer service. The only car in the drive through, asked to pull to front and they will bring out the order, I am literally waiting 10+ minutes. Then the guy comes out swinging the bag like he is carrying his own food. Pathetic!! Not to mention my order was incorrect and missing items that I paid for...I didnt even bother to go back. Last visit here for sure.
