This store has the worst customer service hands down…I was highly disappointed thanksgiving eve After Kroger announced that it will be closing at 4pm, and urge everyone to come to the front of the store, and check out. However when we all reach the front they took all our wagons and put us out..what a horrible way to get rid of customers I’m sure this could have been done a different way. Maybe stop the incoming customers and work on clearing active customers in the store. I’m sure many people thanksgiving was ruin from this.

This Kroger store just refused to give my husband the moderna booster even though he had an appointment. The nurse refused him because he didn’t have his insurance card so that they could send in a bill.

I avoided the store because I don't like their parking lot but I will tell you I went there out of convenience and I actually had a very good pleasant experience and talk some wonderful women along the way and totally diminished my preconceived notions.

not only do they have the highest prices in town ...Kroger point of sale systems are set up to REQUIRE debit card users to enter a PIN# ..and they will TRY to tell you it's the card issuer that requires it ...IF THAT were TRUE ... WHY do I still have the credit /no pin option everywhere else I've shopped since the chip was added to the cards? I just verified with my bank that it's not THEIR requirement ... it's just Kroger lying to their customers and trying to force people

Shopping at my favorite 24 hours Kroger Super market, in Conyers Georgia. Clean and we'll organized store.
I love this Kroger for the AWESOME Manager's Specials especially in the Deli/Bakery department! I don't typically buy my groceries there, but I spend $30-40 on the MS at least 2-3 times a week. I stop by after I leave my Aqua Zumba or water aerobic class, and I'm starving; so I buy so much delicious food from the deli. Kroger fried chicken is the best of anyone especially if you can get it out of the fry basket. Also, the deli sandwiches are worth every penny as they are also the best!
