Unacceptable behavior of your night crew! Tonight I attempted to pay for my groceries with 2 separate cards. Once the first part was completed, I summoned the employee over to complete second. Whatever she did it cleared the whole transaction, however the first pmt completed. I advised her of the pmt showing withdrawn, she walks off without saying anything. I stood 10 min at the register awhile everyone just ignores me. I summon the young lady AGAIN, and she advises me to step upfront ( mind you I got angry customers in a long line glaring me down) . She briefly ask another associate and she shrugs her shoulders advising I don't know what to tell you and walks off. I'm still standing at register. She continues to work around me, as if I'm not there. I do loudly say HELLO! What are we doing here, and she goes to CS desk. Her and several other associates laugh and play with one very rudely saying aloud, she needs to call cash app HONEY. I advise her I'm standing right here and really didn't find anything funny as I would like to know where my money went or what's the resolution. She get loud and threatening turning her back to my face. The lack of customer service training and requirements of it is astonishing. I hear many say they avoid this establishment because there is no expectation to be professional and pleasant. This type of behavior should not be tolerated.

I was at the door in front of the Kroger on Hwy-20, Conyers, GA it said 20 mins before closed but the Kroger lady won't let me in for getting a valentines card for my husband. It left me cold feeling although I tried beating the traffic to make time before they closed. I beg her for just one card. And no mercy in their heart....suck on that. I have been their customer since I lived here for 16 years. Today it will be last day I spend my money here.

This store never looks clean and it seriously needs some updating. Also be careful in the parking lot. Lots of shady people hanging around and they drive like they're on I-285. I almost got hit today when walking to my car.

I thank Kroger for having an employee like CATHY. This lady is really amazing at helping customers. It is not only me that she has helped. On Thursday night I was shopping at the Kroger on Hwy 138 in Conyers. I had intentionally chosen to go a bit later, when the store wasn't busy. I shopped for approximately an hour, or so. When I approached the check out lanes no one was "open". I went to the customer service desk and asked if someone could check me out. The person working there informed me they close all lanes at 10:00. The time was 9:54. I explained that I had a full buggy which was way too much for self checkout, I probably had $350.00 worth of groceries. I asked again and she refused to have a cashier check me out. Absolutely infuriated I left my buggy and the store. Hopefully someone got all those items back to where they belonged. Hope things didn't melt and the store lose even more money. Bottom line, the Conyers Kroger on Hwy 138 has horrible customer service. The management was rude, no employee there knows the first thing about customer service, manners are non existent-- AVOID THIS STORE!

This Kroger store just refused to give my husband the moderna booster even though he had an appointment. The nurse refused him because he didn’t have his insurance card so that they could send in a bill.

I bought a few of these salads to eat for work, and half way through my Kroger brand chicken ceasar salad I spotted a bug on my lettuce. I continued to look through my salad and saw another one with wings still attached. This is disgusting and I can't believe Kroger is putting something out like this. Never again

I honestly love this Kroger. It's beautiful and clean and the staff is very helpful. It's one of the best remodeled Kroger's I've been to!

I avoided the store because I don't like their parking lot but I will tell you I went there out of convenience and I actually had a very good pleasant experience and talk some wonderful women along the way and totally diminished my preconceived notions.

I often opt out of coming to this location I will literally drive to sigman rd to that Kroger. This location produce does not look appealing at all. The cashier are very rude and extra. I have on more than once occasion snapped on a cashier due to them being rude. If by any chance I come to this store I will only go to self check out and the only nice cashier is that older black lady who is friendly and helpful. She speaks to everybody and has a good attitude. It's hard to get help as well in this store. Also if you coupon don't come here they get mad when you save money.
