Just a terrible place overall. Went here on a work trip recently. Forgot our drinks after maybe 6 or 7 reminders. Never was able to get ketchup, empty bottle and forgot to get more a dozen times. They also gave us plastic forks and knives for silverware due to a silverware shortage lol. Try eating a steak with those
Hostess was super rude as well

Absolutely Disappointing Birthday Experience
We chose Longhorn Steakhouse to celebrate my husband’s birthday, expecting a memorable evening for our large party of 8 adults, 3 babies, and 1 toddler. Unfortunately, what should have been a special celebration turned into one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.
We arrived at 6:00 PM and was seated at 6:40 PM (they don’t take reservations). While we understood the delay given our party size, the service issues that followed were completely unacceptable.
Our server took our drink and appetizer orders along with the babies’ meals, then returned for the adults’ food orders. The drinks and appetizers arrived in a timely manner, but that’s where the positive experience ended.
The food quality was shockingly poor:
- Multiple food orders came out incorrect
- Adult chicken was undercooked and unsafe to eat
- Baby meals also had undercooked chicken - a serious safety concern with infants
- Ordered a filet medium rare but received a well-done sirloin instead
- Salmon arrived cold
- Asparagus was yellow and clearly overcooked
- my chicken salad didn’t arrive until everyone else had finished eating, and when it finally came, there was no chicken in it
- My son’s chicken tenders and fries didn’t arrive until the end
- Only the ribs and mashed potatoes were acceptable
The service was equally disappointing. When we needed to address these serious food safety issues, the manager was nowhere to be found - we discovered her simply sitting at the bar and had to specifically request her assistance. Even more frustrating, when she finally came to our table, she spoke to everyone else in my party but completely ignored me - the host who organized this birthday dinner. Despite other people at our table specifically directing her to speak with me, she continued to dismiss me entirely. Her unprofessional behavior and inadequate response were unacceptable given the severity of the problems, especially the undercooked chicken served to babies.
While our server did comp my meal, this gesture felt minimal considering the extent of the problems we experienced. What was supposed to be a special birthday celebration for my husband became a stressful and disappointing evening that we’ll never forget - for all the wrong reasons.
I cannot recommend this location and strongly advise others to consider alternative dining options, especially for special occasions or when dining with young children. The food safety issues alone make this establishment concerning.

Service has gotten better over past 6 months however they should check to be sure all cooks actually know how to cook a steak, they are getting worse and appear to be cooking as if they are cooking BURGERS on the grill!!!! 😯 Help!!! This use to be the place to go for a good steak...what happened??

One of the most unpleasant experiences I have had occurred at a restaurant. One of my companions had a receipt in her margarita, which I would like to request an explanation for. Additionally, the restaurant was out of all the ingredients used in our meal, including baked potatoes, strawberries, pecan Caesar dressing, and more. Furthermore, our steaks were overcooked when they were first served, but they were undercooked when they were remade. When the customer requested no bacon, they were unfortunately served bacon on their mashed potatoes. The manager, Angelica Price, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She turned her back on me while I was attempting to communicate my concerns to her. She was unwilling to work with us at all. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I had not returned to the restaurant in five years because I found plastic in my chicken tender. As a result, we have decided never to return.

Absolutley Horrible. The restaurant smelled like dirty mop water. The hostess and a manager said the smell was coming from the cart. My salmon was extemly undercook ...a pile of mush. The manager offered to put the pile of mush back on the grill. Which I think is so unsanitary. When I declined she offered a $5 dollar discount. Use to be one my favorites, however the severe decline is unbelievable. So disappointing!!!

Immediately upon entering, the smell of spoiled mop permeated this place. We should have took that as a signal to leave. Alexis, our sever did her best, but she was simply overwhelmed with tables to provide the minimum service. Party of 4, steak temps from medium to medium well done, all were undercooked. We sent them back and the manager who returned them got them mixed up. Steaks had zero flavor, zero. Steak sauce couldn’t save them. Bread arrived without a knife to cut or side plates. My wine was minimal good. We didn’t receive anything that we didn’t ask for.
We just gotta do better in our community restaurants.

Great steak was had
This is my third time going go this Longhorn and they are always out of what's listed on the menu. They'll have you place the order and then have you wait, then 10-15 minutes later they'll say it's not available.
Last night (8/7/2025) was my worst experience of all. I made an online order for baby back ribs and spinach dip. When I got home, which is 20 minutes from there, my spinach dip was not baked. I called the person on the phone was very disrespectful. When I asked why they keep making errors her response was she don't kmow because she doesn't work in the kitchen. She then said she could transfer me to her manager.
I explained what happened and the manager claimed I should send a picture so it could be refunded. I did just that and I still haven't heard from her.
The baby back ribs was cold and nasty. They gave me one that has been sitting there for hours, I could tell.
These people serve customers and the one thing that they should have but lacking is empathy. They just want you accept anything without taking some accountability.
With that being said I will never visit this location again. I will never go back to another longhorn!! I still need my refund as promised. I will be reaching out again today.

The hostess looked disheveled and kept scratching her hair. We see you. Even if your not handling my food, stop scratching. It smells like cornchips or feet. It's probably the carpet. When we were seated our waitress was a gentleman who was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. I will revisit this location again because of the service I received while being seated.

My steak was tough, and I asked for medium well. No deal.
I went to the Conyers location for dinner with my husband after a long day at work, mouth watering for me a nice juicy steak and my experience was HORRIBLE! 1st of all they need to FIRE THE MANAGER. The lady manager walking around avoiding the issues customers have, the tables and floors were filthy, I ordered the medium well longhorn $35 steak with loaded mashed potatoes and I got a burnt dry steak and no chives on the loaded mash bc they were out of chives, they didn’t have scallions either. I switched my order to 9oz crusted chicken combo with the 1/2 rack of ribs. They brought out 2 small sizes burnt dry pieces of chicken and said they didn’t have any more 9oz chicken, so they had to combine
two 3 oz chicken together that looked like someone who never cooked before made it. I asked to see a manager several times and she never came to address the issues. She actually walked out from the kitchen and went to the back of the restaurant and had a seat. I went over to her and asked her why she’s avoiding me, mind you, I also saw her in the bathroom on her phone and explained to her what was going before my 2nd dish came out. It seems several people were having issues as well. End game I walked out with no food after sitting in there for 2 1/2 hrs. I should of left once police came in there for an issue that customer/ employee was having. I normally visit this location and I’ve never been disappointed but tonight put a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t think I’ll be back.

7.22.25 I just left this location. I get home and my Salmon isn't cooked, it's still raw. I call and I speak with Falon. She says that I will get a gift card in 3-5 days! I asked her I just paid for my food that ruined my dinner and my lunch for tomorrow and you are telling me it's going to take 3-5 days to get me a gift card via email? Her reply was to hang up on me! I called back and asked for a supervisor. This time I.spoke with Addison. She said there wasn't an supervisor there. I asked to speak with someone in charge she insisted that I tell her the problem when I did she immediately started defending Falon saying she didn't hang up on me. She wrote down my number and she didn't call me back! I said I paid for my dinner and lunch for tomorrow my food was not cooked and you hang up on me?!!! This situation should ONLY be handled by upper management! If somone asks to speak with a supervisor they should get just that!!!! When I told Addison that Falon didn't call me back now I'm angry she hung up on me also!!!

This place was the most unprofessional place I've ever been to in my life. Customers angrily yelling (cussing) at servers at multiple tables for all to hear was quite unnerving. In some cases, the servers yelled back. Our server was slow but they were nice. I won't be back. The culture there is too unprofessional for my taste.
