Currently 10:05 on Sunday, earlier this week I ordered a pizza online, came about 25 minutes after I ordered and had to wait another 30 for my food. Fine, short staffed I could tell, and I am a manager at a fast food place, so try to be a lot more patient. It was 3 workers that night. Tonight, it has been an hour and 23 minutes in counting since i’ve ordered my food. Again, same lady who was there previously, except by herself this time. I am seeing people consistently walking...

We recently had a large order for a gathering and literally our entire order was messed up. The reason for the 5 star review is because the regional manager “Tay” was so nice and remade the pizzas when we order again at a later date. She handled the situation well, ensuring that we had a great experience this time around. Because of her excellent customer service, we’ll continue ordering from here. I was really impressed by her professionalism. Thank you Tay.
