They need to either find a different manager or find a different crew, how hard is it for you to remember 2 sauce packets in a bag, AND STILL make me go through the DRIVE THRU to retrieve them because you refused to give them to me in the lobby, even after the recipes was shown.

Driving to work and got a chicken biscuit thru drive through at 6:30am and got to get it the employee was acting like an adult baby starting pouting because I asked for jelly then when she gave me the 1 jelly packet started preaching to me that I should have asked when I ordered my food 🧐
I’ve been going to the McDonalds for 30 plus years and she had to be the rudest employee I’ve encountered like seriously who hasn’t asked for extra napkins or ketchup please do better

3/7/25 Tried to take someone at the other lane that pulled in after me. Got to window and they tried to charge me for different food. Got to drive thru and they tried to give me someone else's food then had to wait for them to fix it. You diffenately need to use only one lane as you can't definitely work with two.

2/3/25 Sprite was only carbonation with no flavor when i got Got a Sprite and black flakes came out of the drink machine in the lobby. Floor very greasy.

Ordered my food at 4:57 after waiting and having to go inside multiple times no one knew what was going on with my order. I Finally received my food order at 5:28. Hi-c drink was nasty and I bought 3 of them. Fries were cold as well. Please do better

I will NEVER order from this location EVER again!!! Ordered a Delivery order via the app and upon receiving my food and biting into my burger, my burger was UNDERCOOKED(see photo below). Contacted support and got a refund but I would like to speak to management of this location AND the corporate office!!! Corporate office need to get involved and the owners of this location needs to train their staff on how to PROPERLY COOK, BAG AND CHECK the orders before somebody gets a bad case of Food Poisoning!!!!

GO TO THE SALEM DR LOCATION!!!! Much better service and the food is properly prepared and FRESH!

DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALDS! I had placed a mobile order for counter pick up only to find out after I arrive and my order can’t no longer be cancelled that they had a water main break and the manger inside WOULD NOT CANCEL the order on their end!

This location is in obvious need of training and development. Upon ordering,
the order was sent through multiple times when I told the person who was taking my order it was not correct on the screen. One of these items was a triple cheeseburger. I ordered a triple cheeseburger with no onions. It was put in as a double cheeseburger with an extra patty and extra onions. I told her that was wrong and I waited patiently until the order on my screen reflected what we ordered. I was given 3 patties with 2 slices of cheese, with an ungodly amount of onions smashed in between each patty as if to hide the fact they put them on there. I was told I couldn’t order extra pickles as a side because it was a health code violation. Fries were cold and mushy, they forgot our 10 piece nugget and then gave me a dirty look when I asked for the nuggets we purchased. I was so discouraged. I tried to salvage and doctor up the burger when I got home but there was no use. I could not get out all of the onions without mutilating the burger, so I had to throw it in the garbage. There have been several times that this location hasn’t had their act together, but I’m never going back to this location.

We went through 2 lane drive thru and we're in line for over 20 minutes at 8:30 at night. Last time I checked, French fries weren't supposed to snap, crackle, or crunch. Obviously way over done. The fact that they would even consider serving that is just crazy to me. The drive thru didn't say one word, I said hi, he took my money, proceeded to hand bills and change back, again with not one word nor smile. Completely unacceptable. That management team SUCKS, things obviously need to be re evaluated, even from a district level. Conyers needs to-do better. Melting pot area. Burgers were okay, very sloppy, nuggets were good. We actually got napkins this time. The area is going downhill.

This place just sucks. Employees just sit around and do nothing and laugh around and LOUD. you have to call for them constantly to ask for your order just for them to laugh at you.
