Horrible rude customer service. They have no signage that the speaker wasn't working. Window worker got upset because I questioned how I was supposed to know. Angry unhappy staff!

Probably the worst McDonalds I have been to in my LIFE. It doesn’t make sense. I waited 20 dreadful minutes in the drive thru line for 20 minutes for a 4 piece McNugget and small fry…. When I get to the window it’s a bunch of kids laughing and playing around. The tried to give me the wrong order which I denied. When I finally received my order. The fries tasted as though they been sitting there for HOURS. And the chicken nuggets were disappointing. It just doesn’t make any darn sense. Does anyone not care about their customers anymore?

Saw a 🪳(roach, not water bug) in the dining room... & I witnessed someone else witness the same 🪳 as they sat & continued to chew... while also insuring their eyes weren't deceiving them... McDonald's is as "big" as they are because they purposely seek to employ the least ambitious & the kids... Most of the population always wants to receive a lot while giving little to none.. Humans are exhausting to say the least.

Now why would you throw a pound of Oreos on top of my McFlurry and hand it to me? Do you not blend the McFlurry anymore. Then you forgot one of my fries, which i noticed before I drove all the way home. When you closed the window, I heard you say that I probably have the fries in my car as if I was lying about missing the fries. Please understand that McDonald’s is not my first choice when I think of food that I would like to eat so don’t ever think that it’s so serious that I would lie about receiving something so unimportant such as an order of French fries that I paid for. Oh and the fries that you thought I lied about tasted like paper anyways. Nothing like they used to be back in 90’s

I didn’t know you couldn’t pick up more than 2 mobile orders in the drive thru. I had three on three phones. I was told I could only get two and come back around if I wanted the other one. No worries I canceled all three.

This is the second time I ordered from this McDonald's on Uber eats and it's like they can't get the order correct. On my reciept it clearly says what I ordered but they seemed to always forget to complete the order. I am starting to wonder what kind of employees they have in that establishment. Are they just incompetent? Missing my fries again and now I have to go back in forth with Uber to get a refund. It's ridiculous how many times they can mess up a simple order . Read the instructions and make the order correct.

Me and my wife went there today for lunch food food wasn't really that bad but the service suck I don't think anybody spoke a word we just got our food through at us and that was that
I had the worse service ever at this location and I will be contacting the General manager in the morning!! A young lady names Lanelle in drive thru was absolutely rude at the drive thru window and was completely wrong!! Rude and wrong at the same time!! I appreciate Amanda for being apologetic about the situation but wrong is wrong!! I want to speak to the GM Porsha and whoever else that I need to talk to because I’m tired of horrible service!!!
