Very disappointed with my visit. I had to wait a long time just to place an order and was completely ignored at the counter. Instead of greeting me or acknowledging the wait, the manager yelled across the store for another employee to come to the front. It felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Customers should at least be acknowledged, especially when there’s a delay. I won’t be returning to this location.

I paid for two breakfast sandwiches and received only one, after calling several times and receiving no answer. I'll have to go back to the restaurant after I get off work just to received a refund. Very inconvenient. Please confirm orders before giving it to your customers.

Why advertise chips ahoy frappes then get mad when it’s ordered? If it’s discontinued, remove the signage & lose the attitude. It’s really not that serious. I also ordered the McGriddle meal & was given only the entree and a small frappe when I asked for a large. I just got off work so I wasn’t even in the mood to argue but this needs to stop. Nobody is looking to b mistreated where they are only passing thru.

If I asked my food to be fresh when I ordered I don’t understand the attitude when I give the cold food back and ask for it to be fresh. Then want to be funny and fill my large up half way. And food always wrapped up so sloppy. Please do better!

Asked for fries with no salt and I constantly get cold fries. I don’t get why it’s so difficult to provide fresh food. The lamp is a warming lamp. It’s used to keep food warm as the fries are being put in the fry boxes not to keep food under for extended periods. Poor quality food. I really didn’t care for the service and these people are being paid well for a job that people used to make minimum wage. Where is the franchise owner. Do you not check on your business?

I was at the drive through this morning around 630-700am this morning. My order was a regular biscuit and a large sprite. The young lady that was working the drive through ask me with a attitude what does that mean??? The way she said that it caught me off guard from my understanding plain biscuit and A regular biscuit is the same maybe im wrong but I feel that it could have been handle better please retrain your drive through cashier Thanks....

Very bad customer service and there are two managers or owner that need to be fired because I was treated poorly and told I couldn't come back in the store based off something that happened with my one yr old child that doesn't know any better wanted a customer fries n I told my child to go play and stop bothering ppl but instead of the manager giving a fries to a one yr old kid she tell me me to leave and even threaten to call the cops on me and my daughter and I didn't appreciate being treated poorly because I never went in this restaurant starting mess or drama or being loud like something needs to be done about this
