Moe's Southwest Grill

Customer service is horrible they don’t smile nor say welcome to moes any more when u walk in. It’s always dirty in there the seating area and the food service counter the drink machine always have gnats flying around it they never have sauce restock at the sauce station. They need to close that location down even under new management still no change.

I understand that it’s Christmas Eve and it’s ONLY TWO PPL but to crape the bottom of a pan and offer it to a paying customer is unacceptable

It’s unfortunate that this is the only local Moe’s. We need a good and food safe Moe’s in Covington or something.

I’ve experienced horrible customer service at the location previously but it has been a while and wanted to doordash Moe’s instead… I received no sauces, no drink, half of my toppings to my bowl is missing… when this was $33.

New management is needed and quality development for this location.

I really don't know what's going on with the Moe's in Conyers, but, lately they have been sub-par. The meat is tasting burnt. The portions are smaller and they barely keep salsa available. For two bowls I paid 38 dollars.Then I was over charged for it. Doors are being locked with notices posted for a specific time and they still won't open. Someone really needs to come figure out what's going on, because if this continues Moe's will lose a lot of business and money. If people wanted this type of food they can just go to Chipotle.

A young lady named Ajah took care of me today and she was so patient and caring. She laid out all my options, made my food perfectly, and was just incredibly sweet the whole time. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her.

It is ridiculous how I stop by for my dinner because I work the 3rd shift and there is no rice no beans and their is a mess everywhere no hair nets just a mess the young man their having every one wait because he is following the manager everywhere. They had the audacity to tell a customer that they would sell them a bowl with no rice no beans just the meat and veggies. Like what is that what kinda customer service is this. I will pick Chipotle after this. Thanks Moe's

They were OUT of everything 2hours before closing. Didn't even have lids for medium quest, girl Didn't even want to put foil over it. Nasty! Won't be back!!!

This place is absolutely disgusting. The chairs & booths are ripped with stains. the floors are wet from bathroom water. Only one high chair. Their sanitary station is on a shelf in front of anyone to touch. This place needs to shutdown.
I spoke to the manager before I left and he did not seem to care about anything I said. I was in the hospital 4 days ago and would have rather eaten hospital food than at this restaurant.

Serving me burnt chicken two times in a row and not even apologizing is type of service you’ll get at this location. Seems management was in when I went and they’re fine with serving overcooked/burnt chicken. By far the worst location I’ve ever been. 0/10

Worst Moe's I've ever been to. Food is terrible customer service is terrible young kids dont even speak chips are old and this is lunch time. You would think it would be fresh. Spent $16 just to throw it away.
