I brought my sis here for breakfast. Customer service was great as usual. However, we order two of the chicken and waffles with the chicken fried hard and the home potatoes. The food came and the waffle was doughy. The potatoes taste like they were over boiled then cooked. I am attaching a picture. A few months ago I came here and the food was Awesome. I explain to the bartender about the potatoes being mushy. She explained that they not allowed to take anything off. So you trying to force your customers to eat unacceptable food! The chicken was bland. However, the two stars was for customer service. The food was really not up to par. Shame. Due to my first experience was Awesome. I will not be back. Especially since you're forced to eat something that wasn't cook correctly.

Walking in, Mr. Charles was the first person we met and he was so funny and inviting. Our server was sweet, and the music was perfect. The food though… this was a whole different level of delicious! We can’t wait to come back and try the breakfast side of the menu!

The big lady with the short blonde hair was so rude and nasty!! She kept telling me I could not wait inside the building for my sister who stepped out while on the phone for less than 5 MINS. I had two small children and a baby with me. It was extremely hot outside. She did not care. The place wasn’t even packed it was ONE family sitting down. Customer service is to hell. Not to mention The place is so small and tables are so close together you can’t even sit comfortably. I didn’t feel comfortable eating there so we left. Our tab would have been $500+ easily. I would Never ever come back here.

The food was absolutely delicious!!! ? We need a Nana's in Fayetteville!!! I dined at the McDonough location, and this is worth my drive to get some of this awesomely delicious food!!! I had the Banana Fosters waffles with fried catfish and Cajun grits!!! My friends had the Banana Pudding Waffles with Chicken Wings, and the French Toast Waffles with Chicken Wings! Oh, and the kids Chicken and Waffles for the little one!!! ? ???

Don’t go here if you have any expectations of decent customer service. Once we were seated, we received no acknowledgement from the waitstaff at all. You have to scan a QR code to view the menu, and this apparently does not work with an iPhone 15 ProMax as I could not view the menu. Thankfully my husband has the Galaxy S24 Ultra so we checked out the menu on it. We decided what we wanted, and then sat another several minutes without any notice by the waitstaff. As we were getting up to leave, a waitress finally approached us and seemed surprised that we were leaving. She asked if we didn’t want to change our minds and stay. NO. I will not reward piss-poor customer service by spending my hard-earned money in an establishment that does not acknowledge a customer until they have stood up and are walking out.

Food, after they had to take it back to the kitchen, was good. The manager told us waffles were cold because waffles only hold heat for 30 seconds ?. No alcohol was available and they didn't tell you until you sat down.

Oh my sister took me here for my birthday dinner. 1st time friendly service. Open from 8am to 4pm. But WOW, ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. I had pecan waffles with tenders. Sooooo good, chicken were seasoned to perfection. My waffles WOW, my sister had shrimp po boy. Delicious to. I'm definitely going back. Going try the banana waffles and those delicious tenders. ? And you get your money's worth. I was so enjoying I forgot to take pictures. It's definitely a must try.
