So I am not a person who likes that cheesy alfredo sauce but the manager Christian did a wonderful job in helping me to decide what I wanted to eat. he went to the kitchen and got me a sample of the sauce. They made the best blooming I've had in 15yrs. For many years they've gotten so greasy. This was perfectly crisp! Our waitress (short asain lady, I'm sorry I don't remember her name) was amazing. She was very friendly, fast, attentive, and accommodating. I got the new Brick chicken with mac & cheese. It was very delicious, I reheated it the next day for lunch and it was still scrumptious!
