There's one old Asian lady on staff that undercuts people. She only gives you one scoop of everything you ask for and when it comes to certain portions, she'll cut the food again that's already been cut to simulate more pieces. Then act like she doesn't understand you and says it will be an upcharge when you've seen her cut it. Fire her or least don't have her serving customers. By the way it was only 2 people in line me included.

I had already made it home and realized that the rice had a sour odorto it. I thought maybe it was me and my off sense of smell. But upon tasting, I was right. It was sour. Not enough proteins given on consistency for the pricey meal. When it opened. And a few years after that, it was a good place to eat
Now has gone down in the service and quality of food.

Do not eat here. They don’t care about customers at all. I visited this restaurant stood in line and ordered a orange chicken bowl. There was a customer in front of me who had placed a large order and was waiting on some additional items. The server prepared my bowl pretty quickly but held it behind the counter. I asked if i could have my bowl so that i could proceed to the register so that i could get back to work. The Customer who was still waiting for her additional agreed that i should advance to the register as she did not want to hold up the line. The server refused to give me my order. I waited for 20 mins on food that was already prepared and packaged in front of me. By this time multiple people were waiting as the server held our food hostage. The server was a beautiful young black girl with multiple ear piercings. This made me late getting back to work and i was fired. I thought this was Panda Express. Meaning they get you in and out fast. Im not angry but i will never go back.

Everytime I have gone into the building, it’s usually a better service, but lately it hasn’t been. So I decided to order online and pickup. The service is faster, yes.. the quality of food was horrible. I had low mein and beef and broccoli, the low mein was a very firm noodle and the veggies were cut sooo large, the beef and Broccoli, the broccoli I don’t think was cooked all the way through, I shouldn’t struggle biting the stem. The beef dissolved, it felt like paste.. the cat enjoyed it. I keep trying to give panda a chance and I’m always disappointed in some way. After this, I’m no longer going back. I’m not going to recommend it either.

I and currently standing in line and the cashier Jada was rude I waited 40 minutes to get my food and the had already taken my money! It seems that they need to hire more people or train the people they have how to work efficiently and a class on customer service! So disappointing I don’t have this issue it panda on the north side of town

The worst managerial service the general manager the Asian lady is not customer friendly nor the store manager the Hispanic lady they all have no customer service skills and should not be running that store the chow mein is always sticky and dry when I go and the chicken mushroom is always undercooked

Tip

This is a second visit to this location but may be my last. I watched the cashier, an older female, wipe under her nose with an ungloved hand and carry on without any gloves. When I asked her to wash her hands and explained why, she denied that she did that. Instead of washing her hands as asked she went to put one glove, miraculously on the hand that she claimed she never wiped her nose with, with much attitude. I asked someone else to ring me up as I did not wish for her to touch my food. It's a restaurant. Why would you refuse to wash your hands? That should be done automatically periodically when handling money, drinks, ice scoops and food boxes. Maybe this isn't the right industry for her.

Does this look like it’s worth an upcharge to you? No, I didn’t eat any of it so far, indeed, this is what I paid for. Asked for a bowl with rice and walnut shrimp, and this is what I ended up with. This is extremely disappointing and greedy on Panda’s part. Also stood at the counter waiting to pay for over 5 minutes while the workers just milled around doing other tasks. This place needs to do better on every level.

The young lady working the food line on 8/16 at 9-10pm skipped me and took the ppl order behind me. I didn’t fuss about it because mistakes happen, but after I told her I wasn’t with those people she started taking the order for she said sorry and proceeded to go in the back area and still NOT take my order. I just left. Tired of it. Seriously over it.

I had a reward that I earned to upgrade a regular entry to a premium entry but apparently this doesn’t go for brisket, which I wasn’t aware of until I got to the register. The total end up being much higher than I expected and with so many people behind me I was put in an awkward situation. I went ahead and paid for my sake, and the customers behind me but I found this to be unfair, especially with no warning or heads up on the app or anything.
