April 14, 2023 the service is not good to on most Sundays, so this Sunday I went in to place my order, the line was long I was being patient waiting to pay for my order I told the server my order was next after the gentleman in front of me I told her I needed to orders or sprong rolls with my order, then this spanish lady started talking to that same server, the server ignored me paid attention to the Spanish took her order the man in front of me was trying to explain he was in front of the lady she continued to ignore, the hole staff was not customer service friendly they all looked confused but they knew spanish to take the spanish couples order before the people that was ahead of them so I left and took my business elsewhere.

My fiancé and I ordered online for pickup about 30 minutes before closing. When we walked in to pickup they said welcome and asked for the order name. They said they were just finishing it up. We grabbed the order and left not thinking anything other than fast service. However, much to our disappointment when we got home our order was not correct. We are guessing they ran out of the firecracker shrimp and the orange chicken and that is understandable being close to closing. What isn’t understood is why they wouldn’t even make mention. I would rather find a different Panda Express in the area than return to this one.

Long wait I ordered a bigger plate teriyaki chicken there was no extra sauce but it was the best thing on the plate had the Angus steak most of the meat was over cooked veggies was way over cook and the orange chicken was awful I haven't been to this restaurant in a year and the service has gotten worse.

I wiped my mouth and realized my napkin tasted better than the food.$14 for a small bowl of hard, tasteless rice, a few pieces of equally tasteless orange chicken, a very good cherr coke and a chicken egg roll I could have truly done without. All of my food was lukewarm at best.Bombarding us with 'WELCOME!!!" when we walk through the door does not make up for how utterly tasteless your food is.Figure out something but I won't be returning.

Food is always good, that's why there is always a long wait to get your food. My only concern is that the young that was cooking the teriyaki chicken should cover his cough instead of coughing directly over the chicken .
Food tastes old and dry, especially the orange chicken and noodles. The taste's a little off with the fried rice as well.

I went to the store on 2/18/2024. I was the only customer in there at 10:35 a.m. As I was walking up, there were three baby cockroaches crawling all over the steamer and near the food. I called the cook and pointed out that the bigger cockroach was on the side. The employee killed one, and the others got away. I explained to him that he had to throw all the food away on the steamer. I explained to them that that’s cross-contamination. I watched them take two trays off, but it was more they left and never saw them trash it.
