I stopped by this Panera for an iced caramel latte and was pleasantly surprised by the quick and efficient service. The young lady at the counter was welcoming and took my order as soon as I walked in. My drink was ready in just two to three minutes, which was impressive. The latte itself had a smooth, well-balanced caramel flavor—definitely enjoyable.
However, I did notice that the drink station could have been cleaner, as there were some sticky spots around the condiment area. A little extra attention to tidiness would enhance the overall experience.
On a positive note, this location has a lovely outdoor seating area, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a coffee.

Don’t go if you want an edible warm bread bowl it’ll come out cold as ice, and when you inform the manager they’ll blast it in a way that leaves the bread rock hard and the soup with a burnt taste.
All in all, this one Panera has probably made me write off the place all together, would leave 0 stars if I could.

Every time I visit this Conyers location they are out of products..you have no croissants in the morning, offer an alternative, come back later and you don't have that. Be Better if you going remain the community. I have to go to stonecrest location

So today wanted a Asiago bagel stop in to get my usual and that didn't happen. I was informed that they haven't baked them yet please note this is @ 7 Am and the stire is open. So I asked what was available and the only thing ready note @ 7 Am and your store is open for business was a multigrain bagel nothing else available. Please help me understand how you sell bagels and don't have any prepared? This place is hit or miss truthful needs to be redone or closed.

I visited this location only because I had a gift card to use. My previous experiences with the service had been disappointing. However, I noticed that there is new management and staff. Perhaps they can win my business back with more regular visits. This time, the food was good and well-prepared.

I could not get through on the phone regarding my order and wasn't very happy when I reached the store because I thought they had gotten my order wrong. I spoke with the manager, she was pleasant, professional, and had already managed my order properly. She is a breath of fresh air for the store.
Prices are outrageous for some things to be honest.. I got a cup of soup for my daughter.. $7, it was a size where she finished in like 4 spoonfuls.. sizing doesn't match, I rarely come here.

Manager can’t count but only because I’m late I’d turn around n give him the business n get my 3 bucks n change back. Took forever for smoothie bagel n toast forever nobody but me in drive thru 15min no lie I asked for refund kept smooth checked my change n he mgr only gave me $7 back I should have know this slick Mgr gave my money back folded up n even that took 10min he was upset I asked for refund asking me why I want a refund hmm n the girl working drive window sound like mice a very tiny mice dead tone she clearly don’t want to be in there this early attitude n attention off. Too early n this conyers location always has something off or going wrong with long waits nobody in drive thru out of this n that n you’re still gon wait up to 20min for anything anytime. Don’t matter if you come early. Bunch of busy bodies doing nothing wasting ppl time with energy.

Today, I ordered a to go, which was uplifted through the drive thru. My four cheese souffle was hard around the entire thing. It's like they baked or reheated a frozen item. I was only able to enjoy the center. For almost $7 it, the least they can do is make it edible. I also got a scone, and that was fine. I won't be re visiting this location.
