This is the only Panera location where I know I will have to park my car and wait at the drive thru. Been sitting here parked for 10 minutes. The person in front still has not got their food. No point in having a drive thru if it’s going to take this long.

Bro. I have not even gotten my food yet but damn. As someone who use to be a shift supervisor of a Panera, damn how this restaurant has fallen. I went in the store and no one was out front but four + people were in kitchen talking about the zombie apocalypse. Then we went though the drive and with only four cars in the drive they could not read back the ONE sandwich we bought and then we waited for them to locat and make our food. And I’m still waiting as I’m typing this. Shiiiz. & then my side was wrong. Bro.

I stopped by this Panera for an iced caramel latte and was pleasantly surprised by the quick and efficient service. The young lady at the counter was welcoming and took my order as soon as I walked in. My drink was ready in just two to three minutes, which was impressive. The latte itself had a smooth, well-balanced caramel flavor—definitely enjoyable.
However, I did notice that the drink station could have been cleaner, as there were some sticky spots around the condiment area. A little extra attention to tidiness would enhance the overall experience.
On a positive note, this location has a lovely outdoor seating area, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a coffee.

Don’t go if you want an edible warm bread bowl it’ll come out cold as ice, and when you inform the manager they’ll blast it in a way that leaves the bread rock hard and the soup with a burnt taste.
All in all, this one Panera has probably made me write off the place all together, would leave 0 stars if I could.

Every time I visit this Conyers location they are out of products..you have no croissants in the morning, offer an alternative, come back later and you don't have that. Be Better if you going remain the community. I have to go to stonecrest location

So today wanted a Asiago bagel stop in to get my usual and that didn't happen. I was informed that they haven't baked them yet please note this is @ 7 Am and the stire is open. So I asked what was available and the only thing ready note @ 7 Am and your store is open for business was a multigrain bagel nothing else available. Please help me understand how you sell bagels and don't have any prepared? This place is hit or miss truthful needs to be redone or closed.
