They are SUPER hit or miss. I like a very cheesy pizza. Sometimes its perfect with a beautiful cheese pull other times its like they have cheese and sauce shortage, so im adjusting my rating.

Young high school student Keyatta wearing the black oversized essential hoodie was upset that I politely stated hey these are wrong I ordered garlic Parmesan. She goes to the back and squirt that cold mess on top of the breadsticks trying to be funny I opened the box and immediately requested a manager because her motive and intention were clear at this point. Manager gives a BS excuse about them being backed up and understaff and told me that a remake would take 20 minutes so I requested a refund. Because respectfully why should I have to wait on a remake and be placed at the end of order list when I ordered my food correctly.

I don't usually leave reviews but a few day's ago I ordered on the Papa John's app the doordash driver that was suppose to deliver my order not only did the Manager refund my money including my papa dough sje also upgraded my order and had it delivered for free!!!!! I can't remember her name but that was GREAT customer service she could have just refunded my money but she went above and beyond!!!!

The staff on this night were nonchalant. My order was delayed because they were behind. Kept telling me it would be 5 minutes because it’s in the oven. I was told 5 minutes at 7:10 it’s 7:45 and still waiting.

I pay for Papa John's delivery bc I don't mess with Door Dash and they have Door dash delivered my order I am not a happy person right now and it was damn cold Mr.Drew Upton is rude n y'all need to replace him or something I will NEVER order from y'all again and on top of that it was way late. This place sucks on sigman Rd in conyers

Seriously, I do not know what happened at this Papa. John's but they used to have great employees and give wonderful customer service now. Every time I have been in the last. 4 monthas been hobrenda. They don't know what specials they're running. They don't know any of the prices. They don't know how to. Speak to the customer in general. They definitely don't know how to upsell. Before it's time to close they dropped their money into the safe. And then anyone who has cash can't get changed. Therefore, people tell them to just keep it. Because they don't have another option. This is calculated theft. Most of the employees I have encountered were rude.

Last two times I ordered from this establishment I got the wrong order. Want bacon and pineapple? Chicken BBQ. Lemon pepper wings? Lime habannero. Get an email with 50% off your next order? They don't honor it.
My pizza was ready at 7:21 but apparently the person in front of me pizzas were not ready. Instead of asking him to pull forward and they bring his pizzas out or circle back around the drive thru so the other customers could get their pizzas while they were hot. Then after the customer finally got his many pizzas, the people just keep walking back and forth not acknowledging me at all. I had to wave and the pizza maker says something and one of the two that keeps walking back and forth finally comes to the window. I finally get my pizza after waiting 10 minutes after it was ready. Papa Johns should think of how to make the drive thru more efficient.

Spoke with the employee at the window, who stated that he’d pick my order right up. He didn’t, he continuously boxed the other 10 pizzas in front as if he never spoke with me. multiple other employees walked past the window. Eventually someone came to ask if I have been assisted. I stated my disgust of seeing them box pizzas dealing with food period with use of no gloves. The employee simply chuckled and said gloves stick to the dough. Very unsatisfiedMind you I called in my order so why was there still a wait. The papadias had already been taken out. .

I ordered a pizza last night 02/23/25 and, instead of knocking on the door or ring the bell,the driver placed 2 large pizza at the door. I called the restaurant and didn't know what happen. I live in Sugar Creek Way Se. I do t know how long it had been out there. So, don't have any pizza delivered from the Honey Creek Papa John Pizzares Pizza restaurant.

If I can get this place, no stars I would they deliver three pizzas to five hungry children, and the pizzas look like someone literally threw them on the floor. I ran over them with their car and put them back into the box then what the manager did the Night Shift manager I’ll call with my frustration. She hangs up the phone in my face so I will be calling corporate cause I promise you I will have somebody’s job messing with my children. My children are here. We don’t have any food after spending over $30 for some pizza That is still not delivered almost an hour later then you give me a refund and hang up in my face because I am frustrated at the fact that my kids do not have any food. The worst Papa John’s location ever.
