I order via the app, get notification that pizza is ready head to establishment only to be told my pizza is in fact NOT ready. Was told to drive around and get back in drive thru line which was loooong. I park, go inside and my pizza is, in fact, sitting on the ready rack. They have got to do better.

This Papa John's is the worst pizza place I have ever ordered from. So I ordered the new burger pizza at exactly 4:45 pm and waited for my pizza till 6:00 pm, I began to get mad for waiting for a pizza for 2 hours. I looked on the Papa Johns app to see where my pizza was and the app said my pizza was delivered at my front door. guess what, my pizza was not there. So I decided to call the Papa Johns to see where my pizza was. The lady I talked to was very nice but she also said that my pizza was not even picked up from a driver, and I had to come pick up the pizza even though I ordered it to be deliver to my house so I would not have to drive that far. After all that happen she said if I can to get the pizza I would have to still pay even thought I paid for the pizza over the phone, so remember I just paid almost 40 bucks for the pizza and yet did not get it. worst excprince ever.

Pulled up to get my pizza through the the driver and I seen a box sitting up and it was open I ask the girl was that my pizza and she said yes, I kindly ask her to remake because why is my pizza sitting there open, anything could be flying in it

The service at this location was strange. We drove through to pick up our food and the young man working there opened the window and never said a word. We told him what our name was and he handed the pizzas through the window and still never spoke. We then needed something and after yelling got his attention again. He still never spoke and passed what we needed out to us. Unless he’s deaf I don’t understand why someone would be so rude and never speak.
The staff here staff really care about their customers. They are kind and always try to find me a deal on my pizza if they can. The pizza is fresh all the time, I will continue to purchase from this location for pizza! I love the shack pizza and everything is always fresh! The delivery drivers are always on time!

I don’t know if this Papa John’s has changed management, but within the last few months it’s been the besssssst. My fiancé and I had stopped eating at this location for a good almost 2 years. Then about 2 months ago, we decided to try it again and it was really good. We’ve had it at least 5 times within the last couple months lol
