Been buying pizza from this store for 2 years placed an online order and wouldn’t go through. Card got charged and still wouldn’t go through! Always tipped 20 bucks to driver but after today I won’t be buying long anything from them ever again

I frequently go to this restaurant maybe 6 to 7 times within a month for a quick lunch sometimes dinner. But I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my order. Not this day I waited over 30 minutes 20 of which I just waited to get acknowledged. Terrible. Then took the name of my order and then no acknowledgement after that just sitting in the car waiting and waiting and waiting. No I'm sorry for your wait or anything. Don't know if it was new management at this establishment or what but I am very displeased.

I placed an order the day before to ENSURE it was delivered by 11AM- at 11:20 I called to speak to a manager. I was told the driver called but did not get an answer. This was no true. We ended up going to pick up the pizza and wings. Both pizzas were flavorless and dry. The wings were undercooked. I am very disappointed and will write a letter about this experience.

This is a corporate store, which makes the level of unprofessionalism I experienced even more disappointing. The ultimate sign of disrespect is when employees deliberately ignore a customer who is clearly waiting to be helped.
I sat in the drive-through for over 30 minutes waiting on a pizza that was already ready. During that time, two female employees — one heavyset with burgundy braids and another tossing dough — made eye contact with me several times but never once came to the window to ask what I needed or to provide any assistance. Their lack of engagement was shocking, especially since they could clearly see me waiting.
When a gentleman working alongside them finally came to the window, he handed me the pizza and apologized for the delay. I asked why the others would see me and not assist, but he said he couldn’t share their names. That’s unacceptable — how can customers report poor service if employees’ identities are withheld?
It’s disappointing to encounter such disregard for customers, especially at a corporate location where professionalism and accountability should be the standard. It took real restraint not to knock on the window, because I know without a doubt both women saw me sitting there. Corporate needs to seriously review the customer service practices at this store.

I order via the app, get notification that pizza is ready head to establishment only to be told my pizza is in fact NOT ready. Was told to drive around and get back in drive thru line which was loooong. I park, go inside and my pizza is, in fact, sitting on the ready rack. They have got to do better.

This Papa John's is the worst pizza place I have ever ordered from. So I ordered the new burger pizza at exactly 4:45 pm and waited for my pizza till 6:00 pm, I began to get mad for waiting for a pizza for 2 hours. I looked on the Papa Johns app to see where my pizza was and the app said my pizza was delivered at my front door. guess what, my pizza was not there. So I decided to call the Papa Johns to see where my pizza was. The lady I talked to was very nice but she also said that my pizza was not even picked up from a driver, and I had to come pick up the pizza even though I ordered it to be deliver to my house so I would not have to drive that far. After all that happen she said if I can to get the pizza I would have to still pay even thought I paid for the pizza over the phone, so remember I just paid almost 40 bucks for the pizza and yet did not get it. worst excprince ever.
