Girl that worked the register on Sunday 3/30 at 2:20pm was rude as hell. Big attitude problem. They made half of what I ordered and I Asked why the other half of my order wasn’t made and she said she don’t know it just wasn’t. Her attitude is terrible.

I placed an online delivery order. I received a confirmation# in the app. The app showed the order received and then it eventually went to being prepared status. The original ETA was a out 30 mins. Then, it got pushed back to a out 50 mins. I waited past the expected delivery time and the status was still showing as being prepared. I checked my text and email and there were no charges or confirmation notices, so I called the store to check the status. I spoke to a girl at the store and she couldn't find my order so she was going to have me talk to the Mgr. I sat on hold for several minutes and then the call was hung up. I never could get back through to the store. Then, my sister called from a different # and finally got the Mgr on the phone. Basically, they supposedly never received our order (tried to say that we placed it with another store, which I did not), and couldn't do anything for us because they were about to close @ 8:30! Online it shows that they close @ 9:00. Anyway, the Mgr basically passed the blame to us and refused to do anything for us. The customer service here is terrible and this is why we stopped getting food from here. We called Domino's on West Ave and the Mgr was awesome!

My Nightmare turned into a blessing in disguise! I spoke with a Lady earlier tonight but never got her name. Aaron is the Manager of this location and when I say my food was a trip down memory lane and the taste was just like when I was a kid! The drink was cold the food was hot it was so refreshing to have an experience like this again after so many years! Thank you so so much for keeping Pizza Hut taste how it used to taste ALIVE! No ma'am! I recently picked up an 7 for 7 order and had the cashier tell me that the 2 orders of cheesticks (different flavors) were placed in the same box! I didn't have time to negotiate neither did the 2 orders have food allergies. But genius ideas should be left to geniuses! If you receive 2 orders. Even on one ticket, Box them separately!

I feel like ive had mostly good experiences at this pizza hut. There is an occasional miss but its usually a hit. I order between 2-4 at least once a week. I Get up to 2 medium pizzas and Ive only had like one less than favorable experience.

2.9 reviews speaks volumes the manager that you all have at that store is so rude. I do not know her name, but I’m pretty sure I can’t be the first person to complain. She is extremely rude and I’ve witnessed multiple customers walking out based on the way that she has addressed them, treated them and spoke to them very nasty attitude very loud and disrespectful. I will not be visiting this location again, and I hope no one else will either
The cashier did not pay attention my order specific to how I want my pizza. Didn't verify my order with me before paying. My order was wrong and would not even attempt to honor what I wanted. No customer service value and need training. I will not return to this location.

This is definitely not a family meal it's horrible and you franchises should be ashamed of yourself highway robbery this is beyond an insult to pizza hut standards and values 2 pasta each pan should feed a family of 4 I got 4 cheese bread instead of 8 halves and a thin pizza with almost no crust you need shut down

Staff is awesome. I got my food in a timely manner. Store was clean. The store manager I believe her name was jeanelle was helping her team and the cook that was there on 8/14 did a great job. Getting food out to customers.
Order delivery all the time this time it was awful. The pizza was burnt. Didn’t even taste fresh.

I made an order to this store by mistake. I immediately called them to cancel the order. They put me on hold for 45 minutes. I hung up and called again another 30 minutes on hold!!!! I can barely understand them so I don’t know if they understand I want to cancel an order!!! Still have not been able to cancel the order. So frustrating! Finally got a customer service rep and she said I couldn’t cancel my order! What after waiting on the phone forever I said yes you can. Then she said my order was already picked up. Buy who? I didn’t pick it up I was on hold for over an hour and a half with them. I live 45 minutes from that store. She got frustrated and hung up on me! Customer service my behind! Worst I’ve ever experienced!!!
