If I could give this Pizza Hut zero stars, I would. I ordered a half-cheese, half-pepperoni pizza online for my niece, and when I went to pick it up, I was handed two separate boxes because they “didn’t have any large boxes.” No one informed me of this beforehand. On top of that, the cheese side was poorly made. Overall, this was a disappointing and unprofessional experience from this location.

I recently stopped by this newly remodeled Pizza Hut location for a taste of their classic Meat Lover's Pan Pizza, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. Great Taste, Perfect Temperature, Nice Staff

Worst pizza ever. They over charged me. I don’t appreciate. The pizza was dry and hard. The pizza was shorter than the box by half and I know they shorted me because the reason I went here was because I had Pizza Hut on memorial drive & I just had to have Pizza Hut again. Little did I know some greasy woman heavy mouth breather would short me because she seemed like she wanted the pizza herself. She then kept asking did I want my receipts. I said no because everything goes to my phone. I get an alert when I leave she over charged me for a sauce. How shady these people are the worst they have the worst food and service. We don’t need to support them. Dominos and papa John’s are better and have better quality food. Pizza Hut on memorial drive in Decatur is the best Pizza Hut as far as food. They have good service too. But this one I won’t ever go to my friend who got the Pizza Hut with me the other day got pizza l here the next day because we loved the flatbread from memorial drive said the same thing they burnt her pizza and it was dry. They didn’t overcharge her though.

Just moved to the location and first time trying this pizza place they completely messed my order up.
I asked for square cut I got this. I feed a family of 7 daily and I will never order from here again. Where’s management? Where’s QC? I’m sick of this

I wish I didn't have to give a star this place is so unprofessional and out of order it's ridiculous. Half cooked food or burnt food after waiting for 3hrs is horrible. This store needs new employees and better management.DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS HELL HOLE
