This location is the worst location. I don’t have transportation , so I ordered 2 pastas and wings for delivery through the app. My delivery said by 3:45pm- 3:50pm I waited all night. Called at 6:00pm and a female named destiny kept putting me on hold and said she couldn’t find me order. I have a emailed receipt and money took out of my account. After wait for 20 minutes, I hung up, called back; and asked destiny to speak with a manager. Her response was “he’s too busy cleaning the fryer” I still haven’t got my food or a refund, nor have I got the chance to speak to a manager. I spent $25.11! This was very unprofessional and I will not be ordering from here no more.

I received my pizza 1 hr and 35 minutes after I ordered. Terrible service & I will never order from them again ever ! I wish I would have read the terrible reviews prior to ordering for the first time.

Pizza was horrible no taste dough supposed to have been pan crust this is my last time ordering pizza here. They can never get it right.
Placed original order at 7:02 pm for delivery directly on pizza huts site…. Received said order at 8:02pm (delivered by DoorDash) only to see that items were missing. Called number listed and finally got someone at the actual store at 8:12pm after 3 calls. Another order placed to resend missing items out…. 9:00… still not here, 9:16 called again to be told “oh she just left with your order” which was a lie finally contacted the delivery driver at 9:50pm who said they JUST gave them the order. 0/10 would not recommend!

If you like to wait come on in to this place. Ordered online and it took over 40 mins pass the pick up time. My food was not done correctly and I definitely won’t be back. Save your money and go to dominoes down the road.

I am a regular customer at the Pizza Hut on Ga 20 in the Honey Creek Plaza and during the Daytime is a Better Time and when Jessica is on Shift she makes sure all of your needs are Met!!! She is the best she’s always polite and makes sure everything is checked before leaving with your order!!! So when you go to Pizza Hut ask for Jessica!!!
