Im just coming out of the location in conyers honeycreek.Its my new location now,The lady up front who name is valorie really made sure my order was right,that I had my receipt,and suggested that I check my order before I leave.That has never happened for me.I think she should be recognized for her good service since in today's times people are so quick to complain.THANK U MISS VALORIE!!! HOPE I SPELLED IT RIGHT
I placed my order around 8:30 pm and didn’t receive my order until 11:40 pm. The driver say at the Pizza Hut at least an hour waiting for my order. Once I received my order I opened it and realized it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Not only was it completely wrong but it also was COLD. The driver had told me he believe they just grabbed a pizza from the back and gave it to him. I called twice last night. The second time I got through I was transferred and after about 5 minutes of waiting I hung up and decided I would try again the next day. I called today and asked to file a complaint. I was then transferred and after waiting over 10 minutes this time I hang up frustrated as ever. Originally I assumed it was the fault of the delivery driver but after communicating with him realized how bad their service was. I just recently started ordering from Pizza Hut again after of 20 years of not tasting it and I enjoyed it. This experience however has seriously left a bad taste in my mouth.

The manager was rude over the phone and couldn’t even give me a confirmation number. My delivery driver received the wrong order, and they only gave him two orders of wings, even though I ordered three. When I called, the manager was rude and hung up on me when I asked if he needed my card information for the refund. My family and I have been loyal customers of Pizza Hut for years, but with managers like this, I no longer feel like buying from here.

I ordered a pizza on 02-19-25, My delivery window was between 5:23-5:33 my pizza arrived at 6:05 pm it was OLD & COLD. The meat was not fresh, the peppers were soggy not sautéed & there was only a very skimpy amount of cheese on the pizza. The crust was overcooked & hard. In a nutshell the pizza was NOT edible. I made an attempt to call the store, no answer. I paid for a pizza +$5.49 delivery + tip. I was willing to drive in the cold to return the garbage pizza & retrieve a newly made fresh pizza. When no one chose to answer the phone I could not voice my complaints & be assured a new pizza would be made prior to my arrival, so I made an attempt to contact Pizza Hut on the website with my complaint, I have yet to hear back. I made an attempt to call Pizza Hut , they advised me in an automated message to call the store directly, ( I did) email them ( I did ) or leave a google review, so I am .By the way, this was my 2nd horrible experience the first time the manager answered the phone & fixed the issue with an apology & a new order, & my food was hot, fresh & edible. However this time -I wasted money, the horrible NO SERVICE, the horrible looking & tasting pizza is going in the trash, which is exactly what Pizza Hut delivered TRASH.

The food is good... When they get the order right. And the reason for the one star review is the RIDICULOUS nonsense customers are put through when we have to call the store. FIRST they send your call to their call center... IN INDIA! Then, when you ask to speak to someone AT THE LOCAL STORE, YOU'RE PUT ON HOLD INDEFINITELY. Or rather, IGNORE! I called repeatedly & was left on HOLD INDEFINITELY EACH TIME, SO MY PROBLEMS NEVER GET RESOLVED! I AM DONE WITH PIZZA HUT UNLESS THEY CAN START CARING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AGAIN... WHO ARE HERE IN AMERICA,NOT OVERSEAS!

This is the WORST Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. First off the delivery driver sat in my driveway for 5 minutes and never got out the car to come and deliver my order. I had to send my husband out to her car to get it. Then he gets back in the house and my 16 wings are missing from the order. The pizza barely has any cheese on it and looks just awful and it was supposed to be stuffed crust and there’s the tiniest amount of cheese in the crust. Then my breadsticks are rock hard. Never in my life will I ever go back to this Pizza Hut. The store won’t even answer the phone. I sat on the phone waiting for 30 minutes and no one ever answered.
100 good service all the way around. I will get pizza from this Pizza Hut again.
