Worst Popeyes on the planet. They have a fully packed staff yet they make people wait 30 minutes inside and outside. I had to leave and go get food somewhere else. Pitiful.

If I could gone no stars I would!! Waited a hour in drive thru for them to just service me a nasty cold chicken wrapped with no lettuce or cheese on it! Would not recommend this place staff is really rude as well!!

Drive 🚗 Thru service order was not what was ordered. When opening the food bag. Ordered 2 pieces chicken and was serviced chicken strip. I said I will wait a season before patronizing there again.

Wait time was an hour all they did was talk and no work there were 10 or more people in line and don’t get me started on the drive thru I was in line for 25 something mins and then waited 30 min to get my food which was WRONG service was so horrible, disorganized, unprofessional, and irresponsible. Also a manager (white man, pretty tall, and chunky) he seemed pretty nice but poor guy was doing EVERYTHING no help! To be honest just hire a new group of people. Their atmosphere was so disorganized and unhealthy, they have a box of chicken on the floor in front of everyone! Who ever is running the place they for real need to step up on their workers. The workers were all over the place only talking about bullshit, continuing to tell people “ give me a minute “ a minute when on to 10min wait or more makes no sense what type of Business are they running there.

The customer service at this location is horrible. There are no smiles or welcoming faces when you visit this place. You’re treated like you’re a bother and interrupting them. There’s this one lady at drive through name Jeanelle with the world’s worst attitude. I don’t think I’ve ever met a person this rude ever. These fast food places has to do better. SAD!!!!

This location was a bit ran down and they didn’t have any condiments nor napkins out. You have to ask for them. We also had to go back up for the condiments we ordered with the food. Service was ok but no smiling faces to be found.
Am skeptic of where I eat when I travel but this Popeye's had me wanting to stay. Food was great, staff was nice and friendly and the place was really clean and nice.........This felt like home

PopEyes Louisana Kitchen Store #10658 @ Conyers continues to miss opportunities to better serve its community. The young staff fail to listen to customers and consistently get our orders wrong. I ordered mild fish and mild chicken... both were spicy. Appears these staff members do not take pride in getting orders right. I could go on, but the short of it is that there is zero strong and effective leadership in this store. I don't mean someone who spends time yelling at their team. I mean someone who can lead with a strategic view yet capable of engaging at the operational level to ensure demand is met with accurate and quality service satisfaction Is that too much to ask for?! My impression is that corporate level oversight is absent. In store management is ineffective. The training program needs more attention. New onboarded talent appears to be left to figure it out all by trial and error.
