The only positive thing was that we were seated quickly. However the hostess was not very friendly . We waited almost 20 minutes to give our drink Order and another 10 to get our drinks . Our server was not vey knowledgeable about menu items or side choices .We received our food order 45 minutes later . The food was almost unacceptable warm at best definitely not hot .This was definitely not a good experience we would have been better off going to captain D’s

Took me family here to celebrate an accomplishment of my daughter. She chose Red Lobster for crab legs. Unfortunately, her crab legs were way overdone. She didn’t even finish them. Everyone else’s food was decent. However, I did have the worst coleslaw of my life. All of my food was cooked well and was very hot. It was just very disappointing as that a the reason we were there. They can’t even use the excuse that it was busy because it was not. We didn’t even have to wait for a table.

this was a great experience our waitress was friendly and attentive the food was hot and the portions were excellent. The margarita flight was ok and wasn't as tasty as I thought they would be. This was a good experience because I hadn't been there since before COVID.

Felicia was an amazing server. Baked potato was cold, and they no longer have metal crab crackers. Plastic ones are not ideal. Crab legs, lobster, and biscuits were all delicious!

It started going left. One of the bartenders is supposed to be our server. She had a very don't care attitude. It was a young lady standing by the wall, ask if we were ok. I asked her if she could take our order & she did. She did such a great job, My husband left a $30 dollar tip. On a $51 bill. She just started a couple of months. And she did an outstanding job.

Our sever was awesome but the food is way overpriced , dont mind spending money on quality but it's just not there , shrimp was small and soggy , I got 4 or 5 bites from my itty bitty baked potato, place is just not what it used to be
Came here Today 4/10/2024 and I can guarantee I will never eat here again let alone any red lobster for that matter! First and foremost , the server was rude, leaving me to wonder at times if she even heard me speaking to her only to realize she did, just felt like responding when she felt like it. The first drink I ordered tasted weird, so I asked for a different one. I can tell she had an issue with it, and was almost certain the second drink would most likely be worse .. AND IT WAS NO BETTER. Charged me for the opposite of what I asked for. I felt like it was purposely done because I complained but I said nothing about the second drink and decided to just let it go. I was with my kids and my daughter was excited to be there. The appetizers were okay , but Once the food came it was DISGUSTING !!! Nothing had taste to it , the seafood did not smell fresh at all !!! WE LITERALLY JUST WAS READY TO JUST GO AT THIS POINT , AND ASK FOR TO GO PLATTERS. LITERALLY A TABLE FULL OF FOOD AND WE NO LONGER WANTED TO BE THERE. THE WORSE PART IS WE DIDN'T EVEN MAKE IT HOME , BEFORE my daughter immediately started experiencing stomach pain and feeling faint. SHE STARTED VOMITING AND I HAD TO PULL MY CAR OVER !!!!!! I usually check reviews before eating anywhere, this time I didn’t and WISH I DID !!! my daughter has gotten sick and I most definitely will be reporting this!! Never again will we step foot in another red lobster ! The servers are rude and disgusting and so is the food !!! All the photos I’ve taken even up to my daughter getting sick and throwing up will be sent as part of my report on this location ! Y’all really should be ashamed of y’all selves. I’m not surprised at the low reviews .. this place made me never want to enter another red lobster IN LIFE !

Went to Red Lobster during Lobsterfest and the menu was different (limited) from what I've seen advertised for Lobsterfest menu items. The food was good but I was disappointed that there weren't more lobster dishes to choose from.
