Our family eats at the Sandwich Factory weekly because of the excellent food, service and care that they all provide for us. No other restaurant treats us more like family than at the Sandwich Factory.

My daughter and I enjoyed s great lunch here . Very nice folks at the counter and a casual feel. The Reuben was delicious and Carolina chips were a perfect side . A return trip with family is in the future.

I had such high hopes! Wanted something different for dinner and decided to check it out and when my mom seen they served Reubens she definitely wanted to try it out. Their menu is pretty good looking and it has a pleasant smell to it, that matters to me! As a north easterner I’ve learned not to try everyone’s Philly cheesesteak so instead I chose to go with another favorite, a meatball sub; which was listed as being made with real meat. I know bread when rolled into a ball when I taste it, but even worse than that it was burnt and while I could’ve fixed the taste of bread there is nothing I can do about the taste of burnt marina sauce. My mom got her Reuben and was actually commenting on how good it was and how she was pleasantly impressed with the quality of the meat…until she bit down on what looks to be a piece of wood. While I’m quite certain this won’t be everyone’s experience and praying that my thoughts are wrong as to why it was ours, we definitely won’t be back to try it again.

Wow, just had their ruben sandwich and its honestly the best Ruben i've ever had, but not only is the food great, the service is top notch. They great everyone at the door and if you’re confused on how to order they will guide you through it. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you want an affordable, quick, and tasty lunch.
