I typically do not leave reviews but food cost too much now for a customer not to be satisfied. While everyone was nice, the food wasn’t. My tenders far from that. They were clearly not cooked to order. I could tell that because they were warm and not hot. They taste like chicken that was reheated in a microwave. My fries were so hard that they were like potato chips. I will not be returning to this location.

This is the 2nd Shanes location that we have patronized and both had great food and great service. I had the peach tea, fried okra and potato salad with my smoked wings. Yes, the potato salad was right. We will definitely be back!

Taylor was extremely knowledgeable and friendly from the time I called in to ask questions on a large order up to coming in to sign for payment. She was very patient and helpful. Our corporate office placed a large order for desserts and everything was absolutely delicious. Great job to the cooks and to Taylor! Cellofoam North America will definitely be ordering again soon. Next time for BBQ and desserts!

I ordered for delivery from Uber eats 2 meat plate and when the food got here I was missing the ribs the chicken was burnt I was missing my peach cobbler and my sons chicken tenders were burnt as well and the bag was sealed so it wasn’t the driver fault I will never order from them again and when I tried to get my money back all I got was 5$ back?
