The Acai bowl wasn't filled like it is at other places and was melted and not thick. I felt like I wasted my money. I was so aggravated and disappointed. I will stick to the places with better quality.

Ordered the toast with peanut butter, banana, strawberries and blueberries. Opened it and there were fruit flies. Also ordered an açaí bowl also fruit flies. . I also ordered a large smoothie makes me wonder if there were fruit flies in my drink and I just didn’t see them because the drink was made with the blender.
Called the store they apologized and told me I can come in the next day for a replacement No thanks

I just left this shop 10 mins ago, it's approximately 6:45pm The entire staff of the 3 young ladies working there had very bad attitudes. The lady with the ponytail told me there wasn't any strawberries, then the other said it was. I turned back around to order, they didn't acknowledge me for a while then came back to ring me up, rung my order wrong .. I went back to let her know she basically threw her hand up and says I'll get it. I then overhead another customer asking for a manager because of how rude they had been to her before I walked in. Then I decided to ask for a refund because if they are that comfortable in front of a customer being this rude, I can only imagine what could be going on elsewhere in the shop. So, I then asked for a refund because I didn't feel comfortable drinking anything from either of them after how we were being treated. Once she processed the refund she basically dropped the receipt out of my hand on to the counter. This just ruined my whole desire for a smoothie. What a horrible experience!

Hell no! The girl with the keloids in her ear needs to go!!! The nastiest attitude ever and zero accountability. I went back to get my smoothie remade and was told I needed to wait after she messed it up. While I’m waiting she messed up someone else’s smoothie that was obvious it was missing an ingredient and she gets an attitude, calls the woman out of her name under her breath, and storms to the back, meanwhile I’m still waiting for me smoothie to be remade. I waited over twenty minutes, the on duty manager wouldn’t leave the back as myself of others are clearly becoming frustrated with the employee and the girl with the nasty attitude had to go back and forth to the board to know what needed to be put in my drink. I asked her what her name was before I left to complain but she refused to tell me. I’ll never shop with this store if her on the other manager are on duty. I will drive 20 minutes to the next location, happily
I come to this location every other day due to me working close by I always order online so I can pick up and go ! Service always be okay but today no service was horrible it was a young girl and another girl I went to the pick up counter and told them my name the girl say okay and just walk away mind you I knew my order was ready so the younger girl come out and I tell her my name and she gave me my smoothie cause I knew it was ready! I call back 30 mins later to complain to the manger cause she said the manager was out when I was there but when I call back she say no manager is coming in today ???? So smoothie king you just let your stores run without management ????!!!! UNACCEPTABLE! I will go to tropical cafe for now!
Inconsistent in service and product. On a weekly basis bowls are not available due to the base being too soupy or too frozen, so I have to drive 14 minutes away to another Smoothie King. This experience is exclusive to this store. Very inconvenient for those who reside in the area and want to patronize businesses in rhe area in which we live.

A employee that goes by the name KK did an awesome job getting my açaí bowl just right! Everything was fresh, perfectly put together, and exactly how I like it. Super friendly service, too — really made the experience even better. Thanks, KK!

Customer service skills were horrible. Staff having side bar conversations while customers walk in and wait patiently to be spoken to is very rude and distasteful. I had to wave my hand and ask if I could be helped. Then I had to grab my own receipt from the register. Unbelievable.

Covington location is way better and cleaner. The customer service at this location was bad. The teenagers that were making both the smoothies I ordered complained the whole time. The smoothies also were disgusting. Never again.

I visited Smoothie King at or around 9:30 AM on 7/4/25 and ordered a 32 oz smoothie to share with my coworker. When I received my drink, I picked up a 20 oz cup from the stack on the counter to split the smoothie. However, the employee behind the counter informed me that I would need to pay full price—nearly $8—just for the empty cup.
I found this completely unreasonable and told her so. I declined to pay and left the store, which meant my coworker and I had to wait until we got to work to find a way to share the smoothie.
The customer service at this Conyers, GA location was incredibly disappointing. Requiring customers to pay full price for an empty cup is not only bad policy, it reflects poorly on the staff’s understanding of basic service. This team needs retraining on how to better serve the public. -online order

I’m writing this review for Conyers smoothie king management ant staff. I always customize my smoothie to add kale and extra protein but for whatever reason at this location, they can seem to never get it right. The service is never consistent. It has gotten to the point where whenever I order from Conyers’s location I have to do my order on the app once I get here so I can watch them make my smoothie to make sure they are making it properly.
Today a young lady named McKenzie made my smoothie. She struggled quite a bit with a blender and added extra water multiple times to get it to blend. I told her when she finish that I wanted a 32 ounce cup even though I pay for a 20 ounce smoothie because I didn’t want the extra protein powder that I paid for to be diluted with the water that she added. Although she apologize, she told me that she could not do that.
For $10 I want all my protein because I am tracking my nutrition for my weight loss journey . She told me it has to be a 20 ounce cup because you pay for a 20 ounce smoothie. Yet you diluted my smoothie with the extra water that you not only added it once but twice making it more watery. Common sense would tell the person to either add more protein, or give me a bigger cup, which she did not do.
When a manager sees this, please leave your contact information. I would like to discuss this with you. I am a long-term customer of smoothie king and this is the only location where I have this issue.
