“I am absolutely appalled with the level of service I received at Sonic. First when we arrived the app doesn’t allow you to check in. We had so many issues for three drinks and an order of tater tots. They took 25 minutes to give us drinks, then they when they gave us the drink it was not closed and the drink spilled all over me and my dress! I nicely asked for napkins. I was told to pull up? Seriously? Can I get some napkins? The drink was wrong and I was told they cannot get me the correct drink. I asked for an Arnold Palmer and the sweet tea was NOT fresh! I expressed that my drink is wrong and I was told that they cannot change it! Seriously???
While the workers were never rude they couldn’t understand that if the tea turned that I should be able to get a drink that is not rancid!
Please do not come to this Sonic you will be sorely disappointed.“
“My complaint is the styrofoam cups and lids that won't stay on. I believe I had as much of my drinks (6 milkshakes) spilt in my car as there was left in the cup. But what we did have was good. Tried the new strawberry shortcake and it was delicious.“
