“My complaint is the styrofoam cups and lids that won't stay on. I believe I had as much of my drinks (6 milkshakes) spilt in my car as there was left in the cup. But what we did have was good. Tried the new strawberry shortcake and it was delicious.“
“I came here the other night and Ciana helped me. Her customer service skills are on the Chick-fil-A level!!! I mean that with no shade at all to Sonic. But never has any Sonic employee been so helpful, sweet and professional at this or any other location. Ciana was pleasant, kind and gave product knowledge. After taking her advice I really enjoyed my dinner after a long day at work. People will complain all day but never take the time to compliment.
