Waited at the side order station for 10 minutes, no one ever came to take our order. The drive thru seemed to be moving so i placed an order online, waited another 35 minutes, just to receive cold food.

Food is still good but it is a chain, if you like sonic you'll like the food. Service is a tad slow and you gotta make sure you're asking for sauce cause otherwise you ain't getting it.
Real problems are just that it seems as if they might be closing soon as they tend to have very slow supplies of stock and run out of items very very quickly and frequently have signs out about "out of x". Stalls are also highly in disrepair and I have watched one break and fall onto the area someone would be parked, problem is it didn't look very different from half of their busted stalls. Seems like their courting lawsuits imo.
I have tried to eat here several times when I’m passing thru Conyers. Not sure why I’m surprised in the lack of service at this location. Out of ALL flavors of slushes. Out of everything we tried to order. I promise. This is the last time.

I did an online order and went to pick up my order and let's start by saying that the cook was in and outside with no gloves and he didn't was his head making food the girl was just standing around not helping and giggling with the cook I waited for a whole hr just to get what I didn't order I was asked constantly what did I order and still didn't get the right meal 😡 I SPENT $45 AND I NEED A REFUND FIRE ALL THESE HIGH YOUNG PEOPLE AND PUT PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK IN THERE

I am absolutely appalled with the level of service I received at Sonic. First when we arrived the app doesn’t allow you to check in. We had so many issues for three drinks and an order of tater tots. They took 25 minutes to give us drinks, then they when they gave us the drink it was not closed and the drink spilled all over me and my dress! I nicely asked for napkins. I was told to pull up? Seriously? Can I get some napkins? The drink was wrong and I was told they cannot get me the correct drink. I asked for an Arnold Palmer and the sweet tea was NOT fresh! I expressed that my drink is wrong and I was told that they cannot change it! Seriously???
While the workers were never rude they couldn’t understand that if the tea turned that I should be able to get a drink that is not rancid!
Please do not come to this Sonic you will be sorely disappointed.

GHETTOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Stopped by to grab some lunch #1 with tots and #9 with fries, well we received the wrong order. I advised the employee I should have had tots instead of two fries. The drive thru rep came out with the tots and said give me the fries back. She checked the bag and said it's only one fry..yes, that's correct we should have one fry and one order of tots. She later said well give me the other order of tots back (checked the bag that she had just given) gave her the other tots back...ughhh that's fine but how do I know if the food you just gave us isn't from someone else. No maam... Refund me please!!! (Rude, didn't apologize or nothing. Did I mention the "manager" came out with a scarf on?!?)

I love sonic but i will never return to this location again ever..

I'm a truck driver up the street had to walk up for a quick lunch bite the young man with the Afro walked me through the menu and gave me awesome service thank u
Pretty good, for the price. Inflation is very real.

These people have ZERO customer service skills. Im surprised they crawled out of bed to even show up to a paying job. The wait was terrible, the food was worse. I had to go to the door to get ketchup and met with nothing but attitude. DO YOUR JOB THAT YOU ARE BEING PAID TO DO AND MAYBE PEOPLE WILL BE KINDER TO YOU!! And put some ice in the drinks next time.
