I hate to be glad a place close but as you can see by the overall 3 star rating this place was horrible. It was like they didn't have a a manager. They always closed earlier than their time stated. Horrible food. Never EVER served slushies the machine was always down. Again horrible management. Not sad to see it go hopefully they put a better fast food place in it's space.

Waited 40 minutes for cold burgers but the onion rings were hot.. had to ask 3 times for the shake we ordered they made it and forgot to send it out
When asked for the third time they finally brought it out and was partially melted because it was sitting there made all of that time won't be returning here

Restaurant looks old and dirty. They didn't have fries we aired almost 20 min for a coney dog that taste like it had a bunch of salt thrown in it and a burger that was cold and hard. I don't recommend anybody eating here. The service was horrible only one person was working while two other people sat at a computer ( you can see right thru the drug thru ) conversing over what seemed to be paper work caring less about the line wrapped around the building. The only thing edible were the onion rings I was forced to order because of the lack of fries but they were all stuck together in a clump. I strongly suggest that no one should eat here. The owners should shut this location down immediately as

At Sonic as I write this. I've been sitting at drive in stall 17 for thirty five minutes now waiting for a number 7 with a water. This was my second choice because they were out of Smashburgers and slushies. I was told by an employee that the drive in was faster than the drive through when I got here. There is no one here but myself and one other car. Completely absurd wait time, possibly the longest I've ever waited at a fast food place, and zero explination from the staff about why I've been sitting for this long (I got here at 12:27, it is now 1:05). Update: Well my sandwich was also stone cold. Not lukewarm, not less than hot, literally cold to the touch after a 35 minute wait for the food. This place is a complete joke.

There is always something wrong at this location. They either don't have the ingredients to make things (burger buns, ice cream, ice, cheese sticks —the list goes on), or if that doesn't work, their payment system doesn't, and it's cash only. If I am lucky, they are operational, and the food is not bad from what I have received. But it's too much of a gamble to order there, as something isn't available or there is some reason you cannot order. I have attempted over 10 times, and only 2 of those times did I get what I wanted or able to order. This is being generous. This spans well over 90-120 days, so this is definitely a pattern and not a bad day, and honestly, it gives Sonic a bad overall connotation. This location needs to be managed, and the company really needs to step in here.

Consistently bad experiences with speed and somewhat consistent quality issues at this location. We got to the point where we only order drinks here. Sadly, usually still quite slow and issues with getting items missing paid add-ons. Tonight, we were given a Dirty DP that came to us looking like this the moment it was handed to us (see pics). The rep went shown the drink did give us a new DP (sans the dirty as the cream had an off taste) so we appreciated some accountability there.

Also, on occasion when things are extra slow they will sometimes have a run drinks to us so we dont have to wait with food orders which is appreciated. We just wished that this location had the resources to practice this more.

First off the service was awful. We constantly had to tell the people what we had to order and they were just very slow.. second Some of the workers were rude whenever I would order my food, they would roll their eyes, and overall, the food was pretty good. The milkshakes were not prepared right there was no whipped cream or cherries, like they were just made and handed to us.

The Service was very slow, we had to repeat ourselves multiple times The strawberry shakes taste like medicine in the vanilla has no flavor, When I ordered this lady rolled her eyes at us it was so terrible, they didn’t put whipped cream or a cherry on my shake, and they barely even put any of it in the cup.

Where is the manager? No way they didn’t see 4 cars parked and didn’t come out to tell us it’s drive thru only at the time. I get my food after about 15-20 mins after ordering .. chicken sandwich not done and fries not fresh!! Mind you I’m the first car in line after waiting 20 mins parked at the menu to order. I don’t understand that! Drink and slush machine down as well. I gotta wait for them to make chili for my fries.. LIKE what are y'all doing in there?! All these bad reviews and nothing has changed. And don’t bother to tell me to call and visit a site to talk to corp. they should know by now! #LastTimeEatingHere!

just shut it down. can’t use the pull in order screens food takes 45 to prepare and they’ll spit in your face before they give you any sort of courtesy. Sonic’s in ga have been going down hill for a while but this one just needs to give up the building to someone who actually cares about what they’re doing.
