I ordered online so that I didn’t have to wait in the drive through line. But they weren’t accepting orders outside. So I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through and when I got there they asked what I ordered and took them a couple minutes to bring it out. I ordered a twisted lime recharger and they gave me something different. I don’t know what it is but it’s definitely not lime. I’m not even sure it has redbull in it. And the food is cold.

I came here the other night and Ciana helped me. Her customer service skills are on the Chick-fil-A level!!! I mean that with no shade at all to Sonic. But never has any Sonic employee been so helpful, sweet and professional at this or any other location. Ciana was pleasant, kind and gave product knowledge. After taking her advice I really enjoyed my dinner after a long day at work. People will complain all day but never take the time to compliment. This young lady stood out and made the rest of might night with her sweet and bright personality !! Thank you Ciana, I will be back girl!😁💚

The slushy machine has been down for over 2 weeks. It’s negligent on behalf of management. What is Sonic without the slushies. We came 4th of July and it was down, now it’s July 19 and it’s still down. This is disappointing, especially during the summer months.

UPDATE: 9 Years later and the service is worse. Idk how this place hasn’t closed down…After going to three different drive up stations, I had to walk up to the building and knock on the door to get someone to answer me. Apparently there was only 1 person working and 1 other person in training. It took 30 minutes to get my food. The food was good, but they have to do something about the service.
