I am absolutely appalled with the level of service I received at Sonic. First when we arrived the app doesn’t allow you to check in. We had so many issues for three drinks and an order of tater tots. They took 25 minutes to give us drinks, then they when they gave us the drink it was not closed and the drink spilled all over me and my dress! I nicely asked for napkins. I was told to pull up? Seriously? Can I get some napkins? The drink was wrong and I was told they cannot get...
Used the drive thru for my order. Had to repeat several times. Order taker repeated my order back to me incorrectly several times. Repeated again, my order was given to me incorrectly. Had to wait to get it correct.
