I ordered on the app. Pulled in the stall where they could see my vehicle and I checked in. My order goes on the screen and they see it and take it off. I wait around 10 minutes after that and click the button. They then come on and say not doing stall orders, please go through drive thru(that is currently busy). Service on that end was just bad. Haven't gotten my food yet but would've been easy to inform me 15-20 minutes prior.
The corn dogs were decent, though no sauce was given. The dr pepper is also okay but didn't add blackberry like ordered. I could've tried to get these things corrected but after waiting around 30 minutes total, I was ready to roll.

I will never, ever visit again! There were no sodas or slushies available for purchase (all the machines were down). I waited FOREVER for my order to be placed (30-mins in the drive-thru line). There was an employee with long red hair (not covered or tied down) who sat in the chair and watched the other young lady work... no help! Once I received my food, it tasted like it was cooked in old oil, and barely hot!
I see why so many locations are going out-of-business.

Must be extremely short handed or do not care about their job I sat at the speaker for 20 minutes they took my order twice at the speaker never gave me a total walked outside to tell me to pull forward then I got to the window for them to retake my order again then they say they are out of all carbonated drinks and ice cream horrible customer service this place should probably be shutdown at this rate

The order was wrong... the milkshakes were not mixed and smelled like mop water... ice cream all over the outside of the cup... waited 30 minutes for food that was ready and just sitting there... got attitude from the staff when I got out of my car to check on my order... dirty restaurant.

When I got to the window, you could smell that they needed to change the oil BEFORE they opened the window. I ordered pickle fries and they were cooked in the old oil - you could taste and smell it. The Frito chili wrap tasted like the chili was overcooked and super salty. Smash burger was decent, but they didn't add extra pickles as requested. My stomach hurts before I even got home from the grease. Charged for ice water even though we placed over a $20 order. Very disappointed.

My food tasted like old grease. I arrived there at 11am meaning everything should’ve been fresh and hot grease should’ve been changed already there’s no way I should’ve been tasting old grease. Do better!!!
Poorly trained employees, poorly ran operation. Kiosks broken down. Ordered food and waited…and waited….and waited. Tables were dirty. Left hungry and disappointed.
