Weird customer service experience. I drove up to place an order for a brown sugar shaken espresso and in the middle of ordering, the lady taking my order (Mia/Mya) proceeded to burst out laughing in my face and ducked off for a minute before letting me finish with the order. I thought hmm strange but whatever, well I get around to the window to get my order and she’s standing there with the strangest look on her face and holding back a fit of laughter. You’d think she’d at least greet me but no I get my food and she’s staring me down with the absolute rudest expression. Very strange encounter, this particular Starbucks location is subpar at best as is, so don’t know if I’ll be back.

WOW!! Where do I begin...as I walked in up to the register there was a sign read mobile or drive thru. I immediately walked out and told my daughter...her response was you have your phone go and order. I walked back in went to the register I was greeted by Dani. She was so awesome, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. She literally took my phone, because she saw me struggling figuring out what I wanted for me and my other daughter that was in school. I explained to her what kind of drink I think she always order, and she figured it out and placed all of my orders without ease. I was very impressed by her...imagine that's not her job, however she went beyond and above of helping me. To be honest my daughter in school places all orders and added to my app. I don't keep up on certain things. I wanna say please give Dani and all the staffs from the back of the house to the front of the house and extra recognition today for me Thanks! 12-15-25

Your drive thru is just ridiculous. Your employees all are just so stand off ish and short with anyone and everyone even if you are pleasant to them..
Every time I order on DoorDash either my drink spills in the bag or they give me the wrong items. Today I ordered the caramel crème brule latte and I was given a caramel macchiato AND half of it spilled in the bag.
Last week I ordered a venti latte and the whole thing spilled in the bag. I called the store and the said they would make me a new one and include two gift cards for the next time. The second one also spilled and the gift cards were not in the bag. They really need to add a cup of ice or water to counter weight the actual drink to ensure it doesn’t spill. Starbucks is too expensive to have only half a drink left by the time it gets to me.
9/10 I can expect my drink order to be wrong. I guess they make it how they want me to have it and not how I order it. lol I go for the convenience and they are friendly. But I try to detour to Stockbridge Starbucks. They never get my order wrong there.

Highly recommend not going to this establishment. Waited over 30min for a coffee and still never received it. Had to get a refund. Waste of time. They prioritize mobile orders over customers in store. They willing knew it was going to take over 30 minutes but didn’t inform any of the customers. Myself a long with many others got a refund.

The staff was super friendly and got my order correct, however it took over 30 minutes for my order to be ready. I was trying to get coffee before a long road trip and this just started my day off wrong. Everyone was working hard but I guess it was just not enough staff. Starbucks should never take 30 minutes
