Incredibly slow! I’ve never been to this location without waiting at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru. The estimated wait time for mobile orders is completely inaccurate. Easily the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Might as well go to Dunkin down the street.

Tay, the store manager, is very unprofessional. I ordered from Uber Eats & did not receive my entire order. To worsen the experience, the manager negated the poor service and added that basic items , such as napkins and straws, aren’t required to be in the bag. So not only did I not get my full order but they couldn’t even put napkins and a straw for drinks (the dome cup lid) that require it. The customer service is atrocious. This location is a poor excuse for Starbucks franchise. A new manager and customer service courses are absolutely needed!

Putting regular milk in an oat milk shaken espresso drink without disclosing to the customer is misleading and unacceptable - especially if someone has dairy sensitivities. That is what happens at this location. Along with incredibly slow wait times and poor customer service. Salem rd location is much better.

Whoever is taking the orders today for drive through has a very dry and nasty attitude not the usual friendly Starbucks personality that I am used to….ugh RUDE!

It took 38 mins to get five drinks. No one looked like they were working fast or efficient and the vibe with every single employee was " meh". The ironic part is we chose to go inside to get the order thinking it would be faster...whoops.

My husband and I went inside and placed our order at 7:20pm. He ordered a specialty coffee and I order a dark roast coffee with heavy cream and 2 pumps sugar free vanilla syrup. My husband got his coffee about 10 mins later. We waited for my coffee and it never came. The little girl who took our order walks over to us and says “ the dining room closes at 8pm”. I said fine, I just need my coffee. She said “it’s coming up”. I waited it never came. At 7:40 I go up and ask where is my coffee no one knows. I repeat my order and they all look perplexed and confused. The little girl who took my order is sweeping and did not even check on my dark roast coffee with cream and sugar. Finally another young lady asked me to repeat my order and she made my coffee. We get to the car, I took a sip and my order is wrong!!!! No heavy cream that I paid extra for!!!!! I will take my money elsewhere the next time.

The restaurant says it’s open, but dining room is closed at 6:10 am. Newsflash: A lot of people go into the restaurant to relax or avoid the slow drive through. Major fail for this location. I haven’t seen any other Starbucks that are like this.

Only two cars in the drive thru and 5 people working. Yet I had to wait half an hour to get my food. On top of that, had I not asking where my food was I would have still been waiting. Not an apology not nothing. My food was cold when I got. I will never come back to this Starbucks until they change staff. Arrived at 03/03/2025 @11:02am

On February 17th, I placed an order at 12:15 for a white chocolate mocha. I watched the barista clean counters, laugh, joke and talk. Finally, at 12:28 I asked for a refund because of the wait time. I understand waiting if there is an influx of ppl or online orders, but there was no one there. When the cashier asked the barista making drinks when would my order be made, she gave a nasty response and said “wherever it is in the queue.” I used to patronize this establishment frequently, but the service has gone down.

After reading multiple 1 star reviews, this place needs new management.

I stopped coming to this location because the line stay wrapped around the building and the inside wait is just as long. I drove by today and decided to stop since the line wasn't as long. 20 minutes later and just moved up to order. Please do better!

i actually ordered thru uber eats but i don’t feel like that makes a huge difference because i only ordered coffee and a bagel. but my coffee was absolutely disgusting for some reason, ive gotten this same drink at other locations and its usually my go-to but i will stick to ordering from dunkin from now on
